Great family vacation home that sleeps 6 with 2.5 baths. Located next to the Weill Center for the Performing Arts and Above and Beyond Children's Museum. Only blocks away from beautiful Lake Michigan. Newly renovated upper unit shared with DuBois Formalwear and originally built in the 1890's. Much of the original character was preserved. Just a 14 minute drive to Whistling Straits.

We cannot say enough of our weekend at this property from start to finish! We rented this property for our wedding weekend as we got married in the venue across the street. Following our rehearsal, we had a catered dinner delivered to the property. There was more than enough open space for all and it was the best environment for getting ready on Saturday morning prior to our service. Candies, snacks, and champagne were left for us when we arrived. James was immediately responsive for all our communications. We truly cannot speak anymore highly of this property and the communication/amenities we received!

Beautifully renovated condo with a perfect location for walking to the 8th street restaurants, shops and river area.
We had 6 adults that attended a wedding in Kohler with events at Whistling Straits on Friday and in Kohler on Saturday evening and this condo was perfectly situated right in the middle of the 2 locations (10-15 mins away). We loved that we had space to socialize in (as opposed to being in individual hotel rooms), and with the free time we had, this was the perfect spot to walk around and explore the area, plus enjoy a meal at a local restaurant without having to drive anywhere.
The owners made the check in and out extremely easy, responded to questions quickly and added some nice little touches in the condo that we enjoyed.

The location is great for an event across the street at Berkshire (Black Pig), children's museum on the other corner, walking distance to food, playground, parks, and waterfront. The owner was quick to answer our questions. The unit was awesome. A few vintage touches with modern thrown it. Spacious and enough rooms for all of us to hangout. We would recommend to anyone coming to Sheboygan!

My brothers and I loved this property! We would begin our days by sitting on the balcony sipping coffee. Great downtown location; quiet and walking distance to the river, the lake and bars/restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern; comfortable beds. They had snacks and coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Parking available behind the building. I would love to stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional! The property had excellent amenities and our stay was very comfortable. James was an excellent host. He made communication easy and responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location in Sheboygan!

The home was better than expected! New renovation and home was immaculate. We have stayed in multiple VRBO‘s and this might be the nicest. Kudos to the designer of the house because it was very well done. An excellent blend of original with new.

The unit was in a great location in town, walkable to a lot of things. We enjoyed the large living space.
When we got there, the parking space wasn’t available and none of the AC units were on so it was very hot. All able to be fixed quickly by ourselves.

We had an excellent stay here on a trip to Road America. The property is amazingly clean, modern, and well appointed. The location is excellent and very easy to access. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are amazing, and kitchen is also wonderful. Would love to stay again!

Great stay at the Chateau Dubois. Was perfect for 3 guys on a golf trip. Comfy beds, clean beautiful place, and a monster tv to watch our sports. Will be back the next time we head to whistling straits.

Very nice property, spacious common areas and very modern bathrooms. The deck was a pleasant touch. "Alley" parking was serviceable and could fit about 2 mid-size cars without difficulty.
Snacks provided were appreciated, while we did not cook much the kitchen setup was fantastic for what we did cook.

Great 2nd floor townhouse in downtown Historic Sheboygan. Well kept, high end accommodations with full kitchen, big sofa, huge smart TV. Great location for Kohler visit as well without the crazy high resort costs. Wonderful hosts who were easy to communicate with. If in the area again, we plan on staying "above the Dubois Tuxedo Shop" again.

What an amazing place! Very well decorated. Each bedroom had plenty of room. Bathrooms very clean with added extras.
Kitchen area had everything we needed. The balconies were a plus so the wife and I could have some private time away from kids. Many places on 8th Street to get different varieties of food. Short walk to the beach on Lake Michigan. We have a child attending a university nearby and will definitely be looking to rebook if we come back to see him.
Thank you, Jim for a wonderful place for our family to get some time together before the end of summer!
PS: Would definitely recommend a photo book of the renovations made to the property to see the history of the building.

Beautifully renovated walk-up apartment with plenty of space. The balconies are a very nice addition. Easily walkable to restaurants, beaches and museums, and the check-in was seamless and simple handled through email. The owner checked in on us halfway through our stay just to see that everything was as it should be.

Jim was a fantastic host! Superb location to activities. Very modern upgraded decor and extremely clean. The individual air conditioners in each room was a nice touch. Book this for your next trip to Sheboygan.

We loved our stay downtown Sheboygan. The rental had so much character and was super clean. Location is perfectly nestled in the middle of downtown. Jim and Terrie got back to us with our couple of questions quickly. Thankful to have found this place!

Perfect location to many of Sheboygan’s attractions. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and stocked with any and everything you could need. Communication with the owner was immediate. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town!

This is a beautiful property that has recently been renovated. Easy walk to the lake and to the great restaurants in downtown Sheboygan. 3 nice bedrooms and a large, comfortable living space/beautiful kitchen. We will definitely try to stay here next time we return to Sheboygan.
