This was my first experience using VRBO, so I didn’t know what to expect. The Hosts exceeded my expectations. The property was thoughtfully stocked, Perfectly located, and quiet. One night the temperatures dipped and the host contacted me, and left additional bedding. I’m looking forward to staying at this location again.

Can't say enough nice things about this place and the owners. Directions from Tampa airport were direct and easy to follow -- making the rental easy to find. Parking in the driveway was safe and accommodating. Exterior and interior just as described and pictured. Rental was immaculate and stocked with all needed essentials for a comfortable stay. Stayed there 4 nights - Tuesday night thru Friday night. Had some unexpected travel issues - owners were easy to contact, and I heard back from them quickly with options and understanding. Lots to see and do in Gulfport. A comfortable walk from the rental to the downtown area with many shops, restaurants/bars, and Gulfport beach. Also free parking downtown for those who prefer to drive. Totally enjoyed my stay and hope to vacation there in Gulfport again in the future.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet space exactly what we needed. Close to S gulfport and only 15 mins from st pete beach. Apartment is on ground floor and attached to the owners house, they are very helpful and can recommend some great restaurants/activities. Only (small) gripe would be the hot water takes a few mins to get to the shower so give yourself time if you're running late. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and quiet. It was very comfortable for two people and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from the main shopping/dining area of Gulfport. The owner was very accommodating and responsive with our questions. This is a fantastic place to stay in Gulfport and I highly recommend it. The only issue we had was that at times it was difficult to connect to the wifi network, but we spent most of our time out in Gulfport so it was not a big issue.

Outdoor space was less than we expected but the apartment itself was clean. Equivalent to a nice hotel room but much more private. If you are going to use the refrigerator, check to make sure it is turned on.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio was well laid out, with all the comforts, and motion-activated lights into the bathroom at night. We liked the beach amenities (beach chairs and towels). We'd be happy to stay there again.

Chris and Teri were great to work with! Property was very clean and very nicely decorated. Nice to have a parking spot in the driveway and felt safe in the neighborhood. Location is perfect - it was close to our family and easily within walking distance to Gulfport and all there is to do there. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Gulfport!

Perfect for our 4-night visit. We had not planned on cooking, so no need for a stove. Small fridge, sink, and microwave were fine for simple breakfast, lunch, coffee. So close to Gulfport Arts District restaurants and shops - plenty of places to eat. Short drive to area gulf beaches; walking distance to Gulfport Ciega Bay beach. Friendly, responsive host family; easy access to parking and unit. Very clean and comfortable.

This rental was exactly as described. It is very convenient that the downtown area should you like to. You can walk there. The place was immaculate with obvious attention to detail. Communication with the owner was excellent. The place is very quiet with your own separate entrance. I’ve stayed in 3 different places in Gulfport and this place is definitely #1 in my book and first on my list to call should I need to have a place to stay again. Thank you for such a great stay.

This was a super cute, comfortable, and conveniently located studio. Had all the amenities I needed including little touches of coffee with sugar and cream packets and bottled water in the refrigerator. The bed was firm and comfortable. Driveway parking is a definite plus and the lighting outside made me feel safe coming and going by myself. Quick walk to all the great restaurants and shops in Gulfport. Highly recommend and will return

My husband and I were in the area for a surprise birthday party. Having visited Gulfport, for dinner, on previous visits to the area, we knew we’d love to stay close to the shops & restaurants. This apartment was the perfect location! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, with an easy walk to all the Gulfport has to offer. The room is comfortable and clean, with so many thoughtful touches! And, the hosts were an absolute pleasure to work with! We have stayed at several bed and breakfast locations in the past few years / this one is among, if not THE, best we’ve had the pleasure to stay in.

We arrived at check-in time to find our accommodations ready. Using your phone number as the security code was very helpful. Location was easy to find and very walkable to restaurants, beach, and local shops. We were looking for quite time which we obtained. Will definitely visit in the future. First of all! I booked this last minute and it was ready to go! The hosts were super communicative and made it very easy to check in. Parking, access, and keyless entry were great as well. I was delighted to have the oversized bathroom and bathtub! The place was impeccable and they had it stocked with coffee/tea. I walked to Gulfport Beach from the studio and it only took 11 minutes. I would definitely return and stay again! I absolutely loved it!
