At over 5 acres, just minutes away from both the beach and the bay, the location is ideal for families looking for a private getaway, but who want to be close to the restaurants and shopping opportunities Galveston has to offer! With a private pool, 6 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, a large chefs kitchen and dining room, this home has everything your family needs to enjoy a Galveston getaway! We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.

Location was great it’s only few minutes from the beach. However the house is in need of TLC. I don’t think they had mop the floor in weeks it was very dirty. Very limited toiletries provided. There was a ping pong table but no bats provided we contacted property manager and he told us it should be in owners closet ( they were not there) We contacted about toiletries and dish soap again he told us he will have someone bring it next morning ( no one brought anything) upstairs beds were not clean and the patio was unsafe to be on. Oh not to mention the house was left unlocked. This house can be a very good getaway place it needs to be cleaned and little TLC.

The house is in a great spot. Kind of secluded but you can see your neighbors. Plenty of room for my family this holiday. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. We all enjoyed this get together and this house was a great setting. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We booked our trip before Ellen F’s review, it concerned us. Messaged property manager and was told all would be well when we arrived. I called a week before our visit to again express our concern as there had been no other reviews. Arrived to overflowing outside trash cans, trash littering the grounds, charcoal ashes all around pool on pool decking, murky pool water where you could not see bottom, and a pool filter not working properly. The pool walls were covered in black mold and there was hair and a variety of stuff floating on top. I immediately reached out to property manager as it was 4:00 on a Friday. I was told the pool had been serviced and there was a skimmer to use. He requested pictures and replied he would forward on to pool service.We bought pool shock to try and get it useable, as it was end of July hot. Upon entering the pool on Saturday we discovered beer cans, goggles, and other trash on bottom of pool. Day 2 a McDonalds sauce container burst out of jet on right side of pool. The filter never did work.The house was clean, air conditioner worked well, it is designed well for large groups. The game room off pool has doors that won’t open without several people struggling, there’s a broken window taped up, ping pong table is broken with no paddles. I did find a ball out in the yard and we purchased our own paddles and made it work. Out walking neighbors were friendly, call it a party house. P.M. should have come out to view, address concerns, he was no help.

We were a big group of family and friends of 20. The space was great. Property was so peaceful private and relaxing. Pool was super clean . A/C was cold. Definitely my go to when we visit Galveston, Texas!!

Do not let the pics fool you. We rented this house as a surprise for my moms 70th birthday. It is unethical, in my opinion, to rent something that is so misleading. The house was just such a disappointment and needs a lot of work! Upon arrival, we were greeted with trash overflowing the outdoor cans and on the driveway. Russell did send in someone to clean this up. Upon entry, we discovered the rest of the mess. The doors in the game room barely open, and are very difficult, almost impossible to use. There is a leak in game room ceiling, which I now understand why the dirty mop was left in there. The ping pong table is broken, the paddles are torn up, and dartboard has 1 dart. Corn hole is broken. Basically the game room was a huge disappointment so don’t expect to play games. The master bedroom had cracked glass window. Broken beer bottle outside of game room, not to include cigarettes and beer caps found all over outside. Back door hinge is unscrewed because of rotten wood. The swivel chairs in main living are broken at the base. Cabinets are missing knobs and some cabinets don’t close. Fence around pool was advertised as a safety feature and was deceiving because it is does not completely secure pool. (Frustrating when you have younger kids and count on that.) Upstairs bedroom was not clean at all, bugs and dirt everywhere. Kitchen stove was dirty. Leaky toilet that had to be repaired with a new wax seal because it was leaking and stunk. The ceiling on the pool house area is caving in with rotten boards. Not to mention pool was dirty and full of leaves. There was a sign thagthe bathroom in the bunk-room was out of order with no warning, which meant we had 3 couples and 7 kids sharing one bathroom. Spills and pieces of food found throughout the house including spills on furniture. Overall, it could be really nice but the pictures were extremely deceiving and it felt very unclean. It was far from being sanitized upon our arrival and there was nothing there to clean it ourselves . They actually sent people back to come clean because we were grossed out with the food we kept finding. The disrepair of the house was not something we were prepared for. I DO NOT recommend someone paying this price to rent a house that needs so much work and might not even be clean. Russell was helpful but he couldn’t even touch half of what was wrong with this place. I’m sad I had to write this but I don’t want anyone to experience what we did.

It was a wonderful getaway! Beautiful home with amazing sunrise and sunsets! Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach that is close by. Their was so much space for them to just relax and have fun! The beds are nice and comfortable and it’s so quite great escape from the city! We all had a great time we will return again!!

We had a great stay with 11 family members. The house and location are great, they just need to restock some items. At this price point I was surprised at some of the things we were expected to provide ourselves or that were just missing. The ice maker was broken, no ball for the football table, no darts for the dart board. Only one refrigerator, one skillet and one pot to cook in - for a hose that sleeps 24 that seemed like a very minimal amount. We ended up buying a hot pad and left it for the next guests because there were none in the house. Don’t get me wrong - these weren’t deal breakers and I’d stay here again. The house is spacious and beautiful. But again, for this number of guests and this price per night, it was surprising.

We loved our stay and it was perfect for our little family. The sunsets from the top deck are incredible!! The house is huge and the pool was great for late afternoon relaxation after the beach.

The house was beautiful. No major problems but Kitchen needs pots skillets dish towels soap. It was not where you could cook or anything. Bedroom door knobs were broken. Lights in game room didn’t work Most of the games there were broken. Lots of TLC needed. We felt like house had been stripped of all conveniences. When you travel a long way you should be able to enjoy the amenities. Emailed with Russell but he did nothing to make things better. We made the best of things but the amenities were not anything like was advertised

We rented this house for my siblings and their spouses to get together. The property was very nice and very clean. The house was big enough for everyone. The kitchen was great and the mattresses were fabulous. We very much enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this property.
