Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $481 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to “Harborview Beach Escape” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes -Guests have to be 18+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 2 bed, 2 bath -Keyless entry -10-12 min walk to beach Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king, bathroom -Second Bedroom: queen Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: shower -Second Bathroom: combination shower tub Need to Know -Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000. -Property is monitored by a camera at the middle front of the house and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. -Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

We had an impromptu visit from family that live in Florida and it was perfect. The space was great. We could visit comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other.

I was a little disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The 'heated' pool wasn't, and the tile around the pool was falling apart. Also, the hammock pictured, was no where to be found. This could be a very nice property if a little more TLC was put into it.

Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. The access to the beach was a 5 min walk at most. Amazing food locally within walking distance and not much of a drive to other sights! Our family was more than accommodated (we had a group of 9) whether it was at the pool in the backyard or the short walk to the beach. I will for sure be coming back!

Check in and out was a breeze. The house looked nothing like the photos, there was black mold/mildew in the bathrooms, pool heater was broken, one sliding door out to the pool was jammed/broken, door jam and window sills were very dirty, property managers assured that maintenance would be out to service the pool heater and then none of my emails were returned and maintenance did not arrive. The neighborhood was safe and the neighbors were delightful, the house is conveniently located to the beach and towns.

We stayed Labor Day weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party. Location is prime however house does need updating. Downstairs patio door was hard to close and open, bunk beds were not stable, broken coffee table down stairs, Cable was not working with any of the tv’s. Pool needs updating. One problem we felt very uncomfortable with is the pool cleaners came without notice. We had 12 guest in the pool and we had to wait 2 hours to get back into the pool. The instructions said pool cleaners come twice a week, but we had no notice to days they were coming or even a heads up. Again, location was amazing but don’t know if I would say at the home again just because of the items I listed needed repairs. I believe if upstairs and pool was remodeled this would be an amazing stay.

A great family vacation!
We had a fantastic time! The neighbors we met were very kind. It’s nice and close to a beautiful beach. Yes, as stated in other reviews, the upstairs was more worn, but it was still very clean! The downstairs is all new. Honestly, it was perfectly fitting for our family with 5 kids. 😉 It was great having a pool right there too. Just a great relaxing and fun vacation. We’d definitely stay there again if we went back to that area. 🙂

Overall Good
The property was overall nice, we loved the basement kitchen! We did have minor issues when we arrived trash was completely full and overflowing outside, some dried food on the kitchen floor and sugar ants. The property manager was quick to respond and sent someone to come get the trash! The master bed was very comfortable! There was a large floor lamp in the master room that I could not get to turn on so that sucked, but minor! Pool was nice just had some broken tiles and wear and tear expected with use/age! Overall we liked the property, it fit our needs well and I would stay again!

Great Getaway, Great Location
We loved staying at this house! The downstairs has been completely renovated, and it worked great for us! The upstairs has great living space.
We loved being able to cook at the house with a fully stocked kitchen.
A few minor things, only one dishwasher worked as well as only one dryer. The dishwasher was not an issue, but the dryer would have definitely been helpful for two families trying to share. We had a small issue with the golf cart key, but Alan was there super quick to fix it.
All in all, we loved having the beach just a couple blocks away and the option of the pool was Amazing! We would definitely recommend this location again.

Upper Level Needs Upgraded....
Carpet needs to be cleaned, Red ants lives on the upstairs stove, Pool was full of leaves, Bed sheets need to be upgraded, Patio door downstairs needs a lock, Downstairs shower head needs replacing.

We had a good time time. House is in perfect location from beach! Down stairs is totally remodeled & great! Rest of the house needs some TLC. I think the house was staged to sell & when it didn't sell... they decided to rent it out. Filler hose for the pool which goes across the patio( I have never seen that before)& lots of cracks & missing tiles. There were mattresses in 2 of the 3 closets & in the garage which was odd. You cannot use the dryer on the upper level of the house. The plants in the pots by the pool are all still there but now dead.

We were very pleased with the location. Only several blocks from the gulf beaches, an easy walk for all of us. Easy driving to restaurants, and beaches up and down the coast. The house was nicely set up for a big group like ours, 12 people which included 6 children. The pool was heavily used by us, and was always so warm and inviting. The 2 kitchens worked out well. Warning, only Keurig coffee makers so be sure you buy pods. That's something we would have liked knowing before we ordered groceries. Many beach and pool items were provided for use, so that was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great time and I could see us coming back.

Excellent Getaway
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the owner left everything we needed. I can’t think of a better place to stay. You are 5 miles from beautiful Clearwater Beach, you have a park and private beach in walking distance. The pool was perfect, the house has both a gas and charcoal grill, front and rear balconies, it came furnished with toys and Bluetooth speakers for music. My family had a blast!!! We will definitely come back to this property!
