Recently renovated, main room with 75 in. smart tv and sofa bed. Coffee/wine bar, stocked kitchen, 43 in. tv in both bedrooms. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Safe and Convenient location to downtown, beaches, historical sights. Shopping, restaurants, airport. One assigned parking space. Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises. A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning. 10p quiet time inside/outside. No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed. The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

I enjoyed my stay, pretty neighborhood, comfortable beds. I slept very well. Everything we needed was there. It was a little noisy at times. That was the only negative. Not at night, but during the day at times.

The booking process was easy. The host responded to all message within 30 minutes or less. The condo looked just as the pictures on VRBO. Everything was clean, the pool was was 10 feet away from us. If we ever go back to Charleston I will definitely book this condo again.

Condo is in a quiet neighborhood. Met several neighbors, while they were fishing in the pond in the evenings. Everyone was friendly and offered suggestions for dining and things to do in the area. My husband and sons agree that one of the highlights of our trip was seeing the resident alligator sunbathing on the bank across from the condo several mornings during our stay. The sound of the fountain in the pond is also very relaxing in the evenings.

The home was nice and clean. The co-host, Anita, was amazing!!! I believe that because of the way the condos are built the noise levels are more susceptible We could hear the neighbors upstairs; but we tolerated it because of the way the condo was built. However, we were up fellowshipping somewhat late into the morning with no music, just listening to the television. We got a knock on the door. The police first asked did we call the police because there was no partying, just three women in their fifties and sixties just spending time together 😊. We were a little upset by that. We were spending time with one of my nieces who had just went through the loss of her mother before going our separate ways. That is why we were up so late. All in all we had a wonderful time. I also would suggest adding an iron and ironing board for guests. Everyone loved the pond and the the view in the back yard.

This rental was the perfect choice for our vacation. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. All the rooms were clean & bright. Patio area overlooking the pond was a nice place to sit and enjoy the weather. Full kitchen made it easy to cook and eat in instead of going to a restaurant. Location was only a short drive into downtown Charleston. Our hosts were always available to answer our questions. We definitely would book here again on our next visit.

Condo is in a nice residential neighborhood. It was a great location for us between Summerville and Charleston. The complex was quiet and condo overlooked the pond. We did not spend much time there during the day. Kitchen and laundry were stocked well and the two bathrooms were nice for the two bedrooms.

When I pulled in I was unsure, but when I unlocked the door to my vacation home I was in Awe. Very clean and very inviting. I have never stayed at a place that was stocked and made you feel welcome. Eventhough the place was full it was quiet. My family and I very well enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay with all the wildlife in the backyard. Very clean and updated with a homey feeling. Enjoyed the chocolates, wine, and the coffee bar. Played games in the evenings. The host was quick to reply if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as pictured with other unexpected “niceties”; Ghirardelli’s chocolates on pillows, bottles of water and snacks on a tray, biscottis at the coffee, tea, wine, espresso station, card games as well as board games and shampoo & conditioner bottles in both bathrooms. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely appointed home. Had all the amenities we needed! And we really enjoyed the back patio with the pond. Loved seeing the duck families walk by and the turtles in the water. Great TV. Five adults stayed here very comfortably.

Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to have relaxing evenings after lots of sightseeing in Historic Charleston. Only 2 drawbacks. 1. There was one king bed and one “queen” that seemed more like a full. The smaller bed was really soft and the bed frame was shaky. 2. The renters (not sure if they lived there or were VRBOers) had a bunch of loud kids that tromped all over the place. Usually late at night. Other than that, great place to stay.

The outside of the building wasn't very impressive. But the interior is newly remodeled and very nice. North Charleston is not the best neighborhood to stay in, but it is close the Navy base my daughter is at.

I loved staying on the pond! Close to everything! Wished we would have had internet as I had 3 teens with me! Problem was fixed the day before we left, but all in all it was good. Very nicely decorated

The condo was beautifully upgraded & very clean. We loved the "coffee bar"!! Perfect size for two couples or a family of four. Host communicated promptly & was very helpful. The location was perfect to go to surrounding areas. One tip: Does not provide basic TV .... Wifi & a smart TV are provided but unless you have personal accounts, you're not able to watch TV. It is on the description but was a surprise to us since most places we'restayed at provided basic TV ... inconvenient but not a dealbreaker to stay here. Highly recommended!

My wife and I needed to spend some time in the Charleston area and wanted to find a rental that would be conveniently located to several areas around Charleston. For our purposes, this unit at Yadkin Curcle was perfect. We were minites from I26 and could easily access downtown Charleston, Summerville, West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant and more. The immediate area offers many convenient dining options and markets . The place has been recently and stylishly renovated and decorated. The floor plan features and en-suite bathroom for the primary bedroom and an option for en-suite for the second bedroom (which was perfect for when our son joined us there). The kitchen is well equipped. The unit features a huge television in the living room as well as smaller ones in each bedroom. Aditonally, thee is a small outdoor patio overlooking the water. Additionally, Fouad is a wonderful host. Stocked coffee bar with espresso machine, some wine, and chocolates awaited us.. He was also extremely responsive to questions we had during our stay. Overall, I give this rental and owner my highest recommendation.

If you're looking for a lovely, super cute little place to stay, this is it. This was a comfortable, newly renovated little home that was stocked with all the necessary items; and it even had a washer and dryer. The host promptly and kindly responded to emails and was helpful answering all of my questions. The location was wonderful; far enough away from the busy areas of downtown with a short drive of 25 minutes to the main tourist areas, and close enough to some essential locations like grocery stores and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.
