Home is just 18 minutes from the Charleston airport, 15 minutes from North Charleston and 30 minutes from downtown Charleston where you can grab a meal at Hannibal's Kitchen, Leon's, Rodney Scott's BBQ there is no shortage of options. I took my family on a three week vacation which included 2 hotel stays and two 1 week, three bedroom property rental stays, this being the first. We were in South Carolina visiting my son (and his wife & 2 yr old daughter) who is in the military and currently stationed there. This home's interior was gorgeous and the backyard was picture perfect for my littles! They loved running around the plush, manicured, green yard and we all enjoyed the lanai. The living room offered a high ceiling with luxurious sofas for movie night. Our favorite place was the dining table though. It is a very big, long, beautiful table that not only provided an area for family dinners, but family game nights. We are very much into family game nights and board games, so that table was perfect! Unfortunately, we had no access to the garage unlike the other property and wish that would've been included. There was also a small misunderstanding about towels when we left and after our very long trip I can say that I did find one towel at the very bottom of our packed van stuck in one of my Little's chairs. For that I did apologize. Honestly, I usually take video of any rentals (car or property rentals) before and after, but I was so exhausted from driving in and leaving that sweltering day after packing up the van in the hot sun that I forgot to. Very unfortunate, but great advice/security to have for yourself when renting any property. Overall, my family really enjoyed the property.

The house was perfect for us but 2 of us got sick. There appears to be mold in 2 of the bathrooms and wall by front door is cracking. Looks like they previously had water damage.

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The place was clean and well stocked with pans and utensils for us to cook breakfast each morning and close enough to go out and see the Charleston area. We felt safe in a nice neighborhood.

We took our parents for a little get away to Charleston. The house worked out great. It was nice having the master bedroom on the first floor with two other bedrooms (and a small media room) upstairs. The location seemed to be in a good spot and not in the hustle and bustle of Charleston.

Need more towels. Some of the towels stained. No instruction for close No TV instructions All around needs to clean more and instructions for property.

This property was just as it was described. It was roomy, bright and beautiful. I appreciated that it was so thoughtfully furnished as well. I would recommend this house for certain. It was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and the beds were very comfortable!

This vacation home was beautiful as described. Very homey, quiet nice neighborhood & friendly neighbors. The only discrepancy I had was it reads that its a six bedroom home and it was set up as a 3bdrm. A few spots needed to be cleaned. You should fix or repair the electrical issues in the dining area/kitchen but other than that it was a great stay. I loved it. I would recommend to friends and family for future stays. I would even rent it again myself thanks so much
