Three of my girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful home for four days. It’s better than the listing. Details inside the house are beautiful. Everything you need is there. The host was amazing. As a matter of fact, one of my friends left her e-reader behind. The host notified me and then mailed it back. My friend had it within two days. If I could give this house a 10 rating I would. Beds were super comfortable. Everyone got their own room which is really nice. I would definitely go back.

We stayed at this beautiful Victorian home in Providence. Everything was perfect for our family to have our wedding weekend for my daughter’s wedding in Providence. The home is immaculate, so It is an old home with many modern touches. Everything you could possibly need in this home was available to you our host. Bruce was wonderful and very accommodating to all of our needs. We will definitely be back.

We rented this place for a Providence College basketball game and it was spectacular. The espresso machine they got makes a mean espresso. Also we did run into a little issue where I had left my coat with my keys in the pocket at a bar. Bruce was easy to get ahold of and promptly got his tenant to move his car so we could get one of the other cars out and resolve the situation. Place was clean, from the listing it looked like it lacked TVs but there were plenty. Beds were comfortable. Defintiely recommend!

We visited Providence to celebrate Thanksgiving with old family friends. Our adult children and spouses joined us. This house was an old home with beautiful, large rooms and modern, well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. It was in a lovely section of town, easy distance to Thayer Street and good shops. An excellent stay.

The house is beautiful and the host is incredibly communicative and responsive. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again. The only surprise was that we didn't know there was another apartment upstairs and when we arrived it was late and we were a bit spooked until we figured it out. But honestly, it didn't impact our stay at all!

Our family had a tremendous time staying at this lovely home. Bruce was so welcoming and accommodating, and everything was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, and thoughtful staples, including coffee, muffins, and fresh fruit greeted our arrival. Everyone slept terrifically well, and enjoyed walking to restaurants in the neighborhood. We had nine adults, and it was such a better experience than booking separate rooms in a hotel. We loved it.

This house was perfect for getting to and from Brown. The kitchen was beautiful and included some spices and snacks which was very helpful. We loved having coffee on the porch and all the spaces were comfortable and well thought out.

We had a family group staying here for our son's wedding. House was fabulous, spacious, beautifully maintained and well stocked with all the necessities. The owner, Bruce, was wonderful to work with and very helpful.
House is well located to access all areas of Providence and surrounding area. Highly recommend staying here

Beautiful home, very well maintained and felt like a historic museum inside. The house was well stocked and very clean. Great neighborhood and close to so many downtown amenities. The check in/out process was smooth ! From start to finish the owners were very helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area as well as providing a list of restaurants. They made us feel right at home. What a beautiful place to enjoy our gathering. We will definitely book this lovely home again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with family ranging from 2-75. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. Bruce was a wonderful host, available to answer any questions we had. Our toddler loved the park across the street which was a huge perk. Close to the highway and easy access to Whole Foods as well. We'd love to stay again. Thanks Bruce!

Perfect house to gather for a family wedding. Everything was as described and more. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the fact that we could cook without worrying about not finding the right utensils or equipment. Very responsive host - answered all our questions and made accommodations when asked. Definitely recommend this property 100%!

Truly a great experience! The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a gathering. Great location, easy walking distance to good food and fun. Beds were comfortable :) Would recommend to others!

My family of nine had a wonderful reunion over the Easter holiday while visiting my son at Brown. Was super convenient and comfortable. We cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

The house is beautiful and interesting. The kitchen is terrific and the neighborhood is great for walking, exercising and looking at other beautiful homes. The property manager was very responsive, left great instructions and beautiful flowers and breakfast in the house. However. there were a couple of things I would have liked to know. One is that there is an apartment on the third floor that was occupied when we stayed. It has a separate entrance but you can hear footsteps above you — good to know if you are a light sleeper. The second is that the hall bath is not nearly as nice as the primary bath featured in the listing. It is old and due for a renovation. Hope that’s helpful info for others.

Comfortable for the whole family
Everyone in my family loved staying in this comfortable house located in a great neighborhood close to Brown, to a wonderful coffee shop, and other fun stores - and across the street from a great playground for the youngest visitor. Our host Bruce was easily contacted and helped us with any questions we had, and he made checking in and out easy. He even stocked the refrigerator with breakfast goodies. Thanks so much Bruce, I hope we return in the future.
