Are you looking for a quiet place to relax and get away? If so, you will enjoy our two bedroom two bathroom condo in the beautiful neighborhood of Sea Trail. We are 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and 3.5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. There is a large spacious living room/dining room combination with a desk area in the main part of the condo. The unit has a large screened in porch overlooking one of three golf courses in the community. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside of the unit is a pool just for the owners and visitors of The Champions subdivision with a grill and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and common areas to walk your dog. Grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. Our unit is pet friendly

The condo was so clean and nice with a great location. We had our older dog with us and there was plenty of walking area for him. The host was so responsive with answers and contact was easy. Overall great rental experience.

We spent 2 weeks with our dog in this lovely unit. The beds are comfy, the unit is nicely decorated, grounds are nice, and the beach is about 10 minute drive.

A clean, beautiful place to stay on your getaway. Highly recommend. Lisa was pleasant and made the check in, check out procedures very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a great place to relax after a long day on the course or beach. The owners were very prompt in responding to questions that we had. This is now our favorite place to stay at SeaTrails. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the Family Tides condo. It was the perfect size for our family. It is a few minutes drive to the beach, and the pool is just across the parking lot. It is located near everything. Resturants and shopping are a few miles away. Had a great time and will be looking to book again.

Unit was as described, clean and spacious. Our dog found the toy box within the first 15 seconds and was very happy! Location in Sea Trails is quiet and convenient for travel around the area. Host Lisa was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

My husband and I spent the month of January and had a great time, the unit was very clean and accommodating. Spent alot of time on the patio it was warm and inviting. If you should choose this unit you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay especially if traveling with your dogs. The condo was as described and very convenient for golf. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Sunset Beach.

We all enjoyed (including our Lab) the amenities and golfing atmosphere of this well taken care of Villa. All of the folks we met, Owners and weekenders like us added to the pleasantries of our stay. We plan to be back again soon.

We love the beauty of Sunset Beach. This condo in Sea Trail is an ideal location with restaurants and shopping close by.
The condo is spacious and a ground level location.

We moved in at check in time. I put all my food in fridge and freezer. I realized there was sand on the counter , things were not clean. I went into the bedroom and none of the beds were made. All the linens and towels were in the tub.
I messaged the owner and told her we moved in and nothing was cleaned and beds were not made. She said the unit was empty for 4 days she was surprised they hadn’t cleaned. She called them and told me they were on there way over to make up the beds.
I said ok we are gonna leave while they clean.
We got the ok to go back everything was ready she said. I opened the fridge and all my food was gone, over 200 dollars worth of food. It was all brand new unopened food.
All our suitcases and bags were in the home.
When I told the owner she said, you shouldn’t have left the food in the fridge.
She shouldn’t have told us to check into a dirty home.
After much aggravation and a horrible start to our vacation, she said you can leave if you want but you’ll only ge 1 nights stay returned to you.
I stayed and got 1night refund after asking a few times. Didn’t even cover all the food I lost.
The cleaning lady returned 5 of the items, the least expensive ones. Butter,mustard,sour cream,hot dogs.

My family and I loved this condo. Very beautiful and nice. The back porch was amazing and the comfort of the home was outstanding. Just a beautiful place.

This was a great property. Convenient to the beach, town and fun. The condo was very nice and well decorated. Highly recommended! We only stayed a couple of nights but this property is great if you need all the amenities for a longer stay! Lisa was great to work with as our stay was very last minute!

Wonderful property!
Stayed here for 2 days to extend our beach vacation prior to checking in to our beach house rental for the week! Very nice rental, very clean, and close to everything! Lisa is wonderful to work with and was extremely helpful while we were there! We will be back next year for sure!

We were moving into our new home in Sunset Beach so we used this VRBO as our hub and a place to shower and sleep . This is our 3 different rental and by far this home is the best! Quiet, comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. So close to golf, beach and perfect for just relaxing. .
