Conveniently located at the end of the street for plenty of peaceful relaxation, it also boasts being only a short 5-minute walk to public beach access. After enjoying a day of fun in the sun at the beach or just lounging by the pool-you can utilize the fully furnished kitchen to cook a lovely meal, or revel in Holden Beach’s finest restaurants just a short distance from our home. During the Sunday nights of summer, you can cap your evening off with a short walk to the marina to enjoy live music at the pavilion. The home is designed for the ideal family beach vacation focusing on luxury and comfort. There are 5 bedrooms on multiple floors, with 3 of the 5 bedrooms offering private, en suite bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with TVs. The ground level has a spacious queen bedroom with a private bath. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the 2nd level and sports a private bath with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and direct access to a deck. The third level supports 3 bedrooms: 1 queen with a private bathroom, 1 queen with a private deck, and 1 queen with 2 sets of bunk beds. For additional security, external cameras are installed above both ground floor entry doors, as well as overlooking the pool entry gate from under the carport. What a wonderful home! We had 12 adults and four children and still plenty of space. Big living area with comfy chairs. Plenty of seating for meals, with table, bar stools, and porch table. We loved having the pool there. When we arrived, the pool filter was not circulating. I called Lindsay and someone was there within the hour. (The recent hurricane had tripped something and it was immediately back up and running.) Later in the weekend, I had a question and Lindsay texted me back within three minutes. Great hosts!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. It was a nice easy walk to the beach, fishing, Italian ice and great food. The rooms were spacious and the pool was a blast for my family! I couldn’t recommend the place more!

We loved our week at this house for my family's summer vacation. The home was clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities. There was plenty of space for all13 of us (7 adults and 6 kids ranging from teens to an infant). The kids loved the pool, and access to the beach was about a 5-10 min walk (we recommend renting a golf cart to help ferry beach supplies and young kids back and forth). Holden Beach is a wonderful laid-back community, and the house is in a perfect location on the island and is walking distance to the only restaurants and small shops on the island. And getting off the island for groceries and other activities is a breeze! We would definitely return to Holden Beach and stay here again!

We loved our stay at this house! There was plenty of space for all 14 of us and seating for some fun game and trivia nights in the living room. We loved the short walk to the beach and walking around the cute neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed a week here with my family of six, my in-laws plus our friends and their 2 kids. A full house, but plenty of space. The pool was great and rooms were nice and spacious. The cleaning crew could have done a little more in my opinion. (Left someone’s cigar/water filled cup on porch my son spilled all over himself and left the dirt pile from kitchen on the floor) but besides a few small things the house was great, location was nice and quiet and we had a great time.

This house was great! We had a wonderful experience through the entire booking process and during our stay. We have been coming to Holden for over 10 years with a lot of family (usually spread out between 4-5 different houses). We had 3 families staying here, and the kids loved being able to share a room together while the adults had their own space! Having the wonderful balconies, backyard, and pool were all an added bonus as there was always something to do and entertain everyone! The house was beautiful, just as pictured, and clean! It was a couple blocks from the beach but we had family with an ocean front house and a golf cart which made it a quick little ride for easy beach access! If our family decides to stay on the East end again, we will without a doubt stay at this house again! Quote from my brother, “I think this is my favorite house we’ve stayed at!”.

Loved our stay at Lindsay and Dan’s Holden beach house. Check in was on time and the house was nicely cleaned. Loved the interior - so updated and cute! Large family room and dining areas- spacious and room for all! Games and puzzles available for lots of family fun! Especially loved the artwork and beach decor! They had three welcome porch spaces to enjoy morning coffees and late night talks and they even had some adorable string lights on the back porch that made the space so inviting to just hang out and enjoy the evening sea air! (Even their porch furniture was lovely and tasteful -so inviting!) Especially loved the view out the front of the house overlooking the canal with boats in sight! The private pool was awesome! Short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with Dan and Lindsay was great-always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We had an issue with the dryer and they took care of the problem immediately with sincere effort not to inconvenience our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking a gourmet meal! Can’t say enough about this gem! Definitely will want to return!

This place is a no brainer! Beautiful house, beautiful layout, beautiful pool! It had everything we needed. We had 3 kids under the age of 2 come with us, and there was plenty of space for them. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, depending how much you are carrying in your hands. We ended up always driving and parking. I would for sure come back and would recommend this anybody.

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach. We loved it! The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was very nice! The owner responded very promptly to any questions or concerns we had when we got there. I would highly recommended this property.

I want start by saying that there was never a time where communication with Dan was ever an issue. He answered all of my questions and made sure the instructions for the home were clear and concise. I appreciate him for that. Now on to the property, it was gorgeous and just as the listing showed. The property faces the intercostal way, but you are no more then a few minutes walk from the beach. The house had everything from linen to supplies for the grill. Our favorite part of the stay was the saltwater pool. Holden beach is gorgeous in its own right and this home just put the cherry on top. We will be back.

Perfect location on a quiet street and a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. We loved watching the boats go by as we sat on the covered porches. The back porch overlooks the pool and has super comfy furniture. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day. The location is great - walking distance to several restaurants and beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Huge dining table inside and another on the porch makes feeding large groups easy - and the bar area is a bonus for keeping extra beverages cold. All the bedrooms are well appointed and have extra pillows and blankets. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have access to a deck/porch - love that. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and even has a game table to play one of the many games or work on a puzzle on a rainy day. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to going back soon!
