Located just 1.5 miles from downtown and 2 miles from Sanford Stadium, this beautiful farmhouse situated on 1 acre in the heart of Normaltown has everything you and your family will need to enjoy all that Athens has to offer. With 3 bedrooms + a bonus room and 2.5 baths our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with ample off street parking and all the amenities one could want in a home away from home! Guest cottage (1Br/1Ba) is available for an extra fee upon request--sleeps 4 with air mattress!

This house was absolutely perfect for the weekend with the Bride’s family. The bridesmaids got ready here the morning of the wedding and it was perfect. There are no critiques, are areas of improvement I could think of. Such a wonderful weekend!

This house is immaculate. Great property with space to run around outside and very comfortable inside. Well equipped, more like staying in an occupied house than a rental property. No complaints.

This is a great find if you are looking to stay in the Athens area, especially with a family. Great floor plan, well stocked kitchen, and the playground out back was a huge plus! Highly recommend.

Great Space
This Athens farmhouse was wonderful. The open concept was great for family gatherings. The yard was also great for families with small children. I hope this home is available for our next graduate!

The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were perfect, and the living room and kitchen were open and roomy, lead to some good quality time with our family and friends! Highly recommend for groups of 8-12 with the cottage. Thanks for giving us the perfect spot for our daughter’s graduation weekend in Athens!
