Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely house for $423 per night is a great option for your next break. Charming bungalow is situated 1.5 blocks from the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. This completely remodeled four bedroom two bathroom home is in a great quaint neighborhood, has a private screened in porch with a sitting area and ceiling fan, just beyond that is your own private HOT TUB! Some beach amenities included with this bungalow are: folding beach chairs, boogie board and a beach cart. Upon entering the home you will know you are on vacation with the fresh and airy beach style, brand new bathrooms and top notch cleanliness. The bungalow features two sitting areas- a living room right upon entering the unit and a second living area and dining room is featured at the center of the home. Each living room has a comfy sitting area, TV and ceiling fan. The eat in kitchen has a four top table and is near sits near the large sliding doors that lead to the outdoor living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, ground coffee pot, Keurig (with start up coffee supplies) all major stainless steel kitchen appliances and a dishwasher. Breakfast bar has three stools to allow for more seating options. Full size washer and dryer are also in the unit for guest use. The Blue Bungalow has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They are as follows: 1) Master bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser and window with street views. 2) Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, twin over twin bunk bed plus twin trundle, ceiling fan, closet and windows overlooking the outdoor living area. This room can sleep five guests total. 3) Guest bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and TV. 4) Guest bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan and closet. There is a Big Couch in the front living room that can sleep two extra kids or adults. Bathrooms: 1) This full bathroom has a vanity sink, beautifully tiled shower and toilet. 2) Full bathroom has a vanity sink, toilet and a beautifully tiled shower with tub. For guest convenience, in the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The sands of Indian Rocks Beach is a block and a half from this home! It sits conveniently in line with 21st Avenue Beach Access so you don't have to walk out of your way to find the closest crosswalk to the beach! The access also has an outdoor shower for beachgoers convenience. The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is walking distance to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Coco's Crush Bar and Grill Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance. The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Very convenient location and nice space! We all enjoyed! Wish there was a grill so we could have cooked out some and needed more supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags but otherwise was a very nice place!

The place was not clean. First thing we noticed was how dirty the floors, walls, cabinets were. Was cheap and stingy with amenities. Went out and bought a mop to clean the floors, had to buy extra toilet paper as the 1 roll left was enough for our 5 day stay with 6 guests. Also did not have enough forks (only 4) and not enough dishwasher detergent. The recycling and trash cans were not emptied outside and were full though it states to take out trash on Tuesdays and Fridays and recycling on Wed. We checked in on. Saturday and left on a Wed and had them out for collection. The beach wagon was missing a wheel and everything was just thrown in the garage and not organized. Need to do a better job after guests with cleaning and organizing and checking amenities. It is close to the beach and worked out fine but would not rent again and will just pay a little more for a bit nicer.
