Kids are sure to enjoy the Wildlife room with its four twin bunk beds that make for a fun sleepover. Enjoy time relaxing on the deck with its double sided indoor/outdoor fireplace or the private fire pit or hot tub on the lower level patio. The built in sound system allows you to enjoy your music on two levels using your smart phone. Don’t forget to plan time for your favorite movie or TV show on the large screen HD projector on the lower level. Equipped with HULU live and Disney+ there’s always something good to watch. Additionally one bedroom on each level also has a smart TV with HULU live and Disney+ The kitchen is fully equipped to make a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Two ovens upstairs and two refrigerators (one upstairs and one downstairs) allow you to easily prepare meals for large groups. There is seating for eight at the table with four additional seats at the kitchen bar. Downstairs is a pub table that seats four. A kids table on the main level accommodates our youngest guest. There are 2 security cameras on the outside of Dogwood Place (one on the front porch facing the front door/pool area, the other behind the property facing the hot tub/firepit area as well as the back sliding door). The Bluebird room named after the Missouri state bird has a king bed with attached full bath with walk in shower. The Hawthorn room named after the Missouri state flower has a 43 inch HDTV also with an attached full bath with walk in shower. The lower level great room is the perfect place for an in-house movie night with a 110 inch projection screen HDTV with surround sound and a large sectional sleeper sofa to enjoy movies, games and your favorite TV shows. Play air hockey on our 7 foot table. Also available: collection of board games, ring toss "hookey" and corn hole (bean bag toss) outside. The second refrigerator and microwave are located in the lower level kitchenette. The house has two full size washer/dryer units (on the top and lower levels). Two half bath are located on both the main and lower levels ensuring all bedrooms have a private bath that is not shared with any living spaces. The Chateau Ridge community offers a seasonal community pool (~Memorial Day thru mid-September) that is only shared with four other houses! Playground area as well. Also included with the house are pool towels for Hawthorn House guests use during their stay as well as a pack n play and baby monitor if little ones are among the guests.
