Move down to the newly constructed sun deck to lay out and soak up some rays or fire up the gas grill for a beachside barbecue. A sandy path meanders from the deck down to the beach. Inside, bright coastal tones are complemented by strong natural lighting and water views throughout. The spacious great room is a favorite gathering spot for TV or game nights. The updated kitchen comes equipped with full size, stainless steel appliances; there is seating for up to six guests at the dining table and three more at the kitchen island counter. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a lovely stay here in Feb. 2024. The house was exceptionally clean, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard has a walking path to the bay. Thank you for having us!

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend getaway. The house was nice and clean. Bay views were great. Not as big as some houses I have stayed in but we had ample room. My only complaint is the house is across the road from the Gulf. If you cross over you have to go practically under beachside houses. We were never clear about the beach access. Felt like the website was a little misleading as it advertised it as beachfront. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again.

A great time was had by the entire family. The beaches are wonderful. The Vacasa staff are wonderful. They respond quickly to any questions and showed up quickly to help us. Will definitely return!

Nice home. But listed as ocean front on website but this is misleading. It is on the bay side. Have to cross the road past other houses to get to ocean side. Seems intentionally misleading when you sort by ocean front through vacasa search feature. Otherwise a nice home. The beach on the bay side is chock full of glass, asphalt and home debris likely from previous hurricanes. Unfortunately it erodes out of the sand and makes playing safely with kids on the bayside beach and water a concern.

The house was great, zero complaints. Everything was clean and in great condition. My only complaint is the back yard. On the north side of the house in the back yard area that goes to a beach. That area had debris from a past hurricane or storm. I understand small items being left but these items were wooden stairs, handrails, and various boards. All these items had exposed nails which if you have children is a safety issue if they are wanting to play in the back yard. The beach area in the back yard also contained boards with exposed nails, broken glass, and other debris from a past storm. We used the beach on the south side across the road which was very nice, no debris, nails, broken glass. I think with a little TLC to the north side property it would be a safe area for a family with children to play.

Loved the location at the far west end. The waterfront sound beach was perfect with easy options to gulf across the street or walking to the west end beach. Might suggest curtains in bathroom windows but otherwise the house had everything we needed for the week.

My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hot tub on the patio was a nice bonus!

Beautiful house with a short path to the bay. The view is beautiful and the sunsets a breathtaking. Hot tub was a plus with star gazing each night. House was very clean. Short walk to West end beach, or a quick drive. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great family trip!

The property was beautiful and relaxing. Surrounded by the bay and the ocean. The house was very clean and had all items we needed for our stay. Vacasa responded immediately to our questions and sent out maintenance for a minor request we had due to the high winds from a storm. I highly recommend this rental .

Wonderful house, location. Would stay again. The pots and pans could use updating. But overall a great place. Housekeeping could sweep under beds, went to look to make sure I didn’t drop anything under the bed while we were packing and the dust is just piled high. Those were just minor things but other than that we had Wonderful time. thank you so much

This home provides a comfortable and relaxing experience. The house is located on the Bay side of the street but has a hot tub and a beautiful patio to sit out and soak up the sun. 9 miles of ocean is less than a 2 minute walk down the street. Dauphin Island is a magical an wonderful place.

The property exceeded expectations. Dauphin island is a "small town" nice island. The house had water views out the front and rear windows with beach access to both the gulf and inland waters. We enjoyed the hot tub frequently since spring break temps can be a little chilly. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would say the kitchen was the least supplied compared to other vrbo's we have used. Would stay there again!

Spent a few days here while working in the area and wishing we could stay longer to relax. This place is new, very well equipped, nice furnishings. Comfy beds and tons of amenities. Gorgeous view from front porch and from back porch.

Very nice home. Unit was clean and hot tub was excellent. Had a couple of issues that were taken care of very quickly. People with Vacasa were very easy to deal with and helpful. Definitely will stay again.
