All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Just the right size for our weekend reunion with friends. The house was very charming. It has a great location - close to everything. House was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Looked like the bathrooms had been redone. Plenty of hot water. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall good stay. Excellent location, within walking distance to everything. A couple of minor things need to be updated/corrected. Things like soap dispensers needed to be filled, ( practically empty in all areas ) one of the bathroom showers did not work, hairdryer was missing. Again these were minor issues enjoyed our stay and very close to everything we needed while in Auburn.

Great property for a family stay. Close enough to downtown, and close to the people we were visiting. The only downside is the kitchen items it's not really stocked well enough to prepare food.

Stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The house is in the perfect location to downtown and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

We loved our stay! House was a short walk from everything downtown and a short drive to the TigerTown area. Plenty of room for our whole family of 5. And the backyard was great for our dog! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Booked for home Auburn game. Took our two older children to visit our youngest. Location is awesome. Walk to everything. Host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend considering any properties with this host.

We stayed in the blue house for our daughter’s wedding in Auburn. It was perfect for walks downtown and for the kids to play in the backyard gazebo. We loved our stay.

Well the reason we had to stay was that our fur baby had to have a very serious surgery. The house was perfect for us. Host was assume.

It smells like an old cabin. The floor vents are completely covered with lint, dirt and gunk, I would think it could cause a fire. The yard area could be so pretty but it is all overgrown and has not been take care off. The side and back porch was completely covered with tree branches, leaves and debris. As others have said, the traffic noise is very loud and very hard to get in and out of driveway since it is on Glenn. Bedroom only has blinds but no curtains, so it is very bright and hard to sleep with the light and noise.

This home is very old and cute and has great potential. The positive is both king beds were very comfortable (needs mattress covers). Both bathrooms are really nice, except only bath soap was man's body wash. The bedroom with the two twin beds has a wood/glass door going to the outside that does not have blinds or drapes allowing anyone to look in. This was a BIG issue being that we had two little girls staying in the room. Other issues.....most of the blinds did not have a wand to open them, most of the lamps did not work, kitchen could use more supplies. Also, it could be cleaner (horrible very thick dust under beds......I had to get on all fours to get something I dropped......it was scary under there!) With some TLC, this place would be nice.

This charming house is ideal for a visit to Auburn. It’s an easy walk to Toomers and campus. The porch is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. We loved how the house has much of the original work still intact. I recommend booking this house!

Charming home with plenty of space, nice yard space for the dog, great front porch and a location that can’t be beat for proximity to AU. Highly recommend if you want to be near many conveniences yet just a short drive from Chewacla State Park. Would definitely stay here again!

A charming, classic cottage with the best location. Not many places like this are left! Close to everything: downtown and campus one way, Felton Little Park next door, Kroger and stores and restaurant right down the other way.

We loved our stay in this cute blue house! The house is close to downtown. We still drove downtown, but we have smaller children and the walk would have been too much for them at night. It was a perfect house for our family. Very clean and comfortable. It is older, but very charming. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was great. The kitchen is small, but we had no problems cooking a turkey and a health number of side dishes. We did bring a lot of our own pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a mixer in anticipation of not having everything we needed. Aside from the mixer and baking dishes the place is pretty well furnished. It did take us a little while to locate the laundry room. It is only accessible via a separate outside door. I do think something may be wrong with the dryer as we were unable to get a small load of clothes to dry after several cycles. We ultimately took them to another place to dry them. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the “blue house” while visiting Auburn for a football game. The location was great! My friends and I walked to the stadium and several restaurants from the house. We even tailgated at the house prior to the game.! Wonderful weekend!

Perfect place for any visit to Auburn! While we had a car, we walked everywhere. Love that they kept the charm of age of the home. Two great places to enjoy the outdoors: cute rockers on front porch or comfy chairs in the backyard gazebo. Will return!

This home is on a main commercial road going into downtown Auburn, Al. The house sits right on this main road only separated by a side walk and the traffice noise is so loud you can not hear the TV when inside the house. Also, it kept me await all night as the one bedroom is so close to this main road. Security lights on the house shine into the bedroom because the blinds are broken and can not be closed properly. The back door from the kitchen to the yard has a wooden porch that is so filthy and mildewed it was sad. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom, but one of the bedrooms was in the old screened porch that they enclosed and there was no A/C vent so the room was so hot it was unbearable.

This adorable house is minutes from campus. Surprisingly spacious, lots of porch/deck space, plenty of parking and adorably decorated. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for the high traffic road that both made it difficult to get out of the driveway and also the road noise at night. I would still recommend this to anyone wanting a rental near campus. It’s more than reasonably priced.

We loved our stay here! We stayed here to have a small family celebration for a surprise engagement. It was such a perfect house and location. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable! Plenty of room in the house to spread out and there is so much storage and closet space too if you need that. We also enjoyed the porch and gazebo.
