This unit was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The club boasts amenities such as 2 luxurious heated ocean front pools, 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, a sauna and private steam rooms. Walk to 5 local restaurants with outdoor seating options. Balcony bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed and private bath. The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom, with attached bathroom hosting a queen Tempur-Pedic and a twin bunk bed. *Rental restrictions apply. Condo Association Lease Agreement must be filled out and returned at least 7 days before your check-in date. We complete the agreement and send to you via DocuSign for your e-signatures. We cover the fee as well. Guests may smoke at beach or outside on the sidewalk. Beautiful condo on the 18th floor with amazing views. Walking distance to Clearwater beach that has great bars and food. Communication with hosts was spot on. Nothing but great things to say about this lovely, clean condo!!

The condo was great and we really enjoyed the amenities of the property. There was ample space for our family of 5 and we appreciated that the unit had condiments! Owners were very responsive to questions. Great view from the 18th floor and elevators were always quick. There were always chairs at the pool and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. Also used the indoor gym which was nicely equipped.

The pictures of this rental do not do it justice. We were thrilled to find everything even better than pictured. This rental provided a quiet yet entertaining place for our family vacation. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us throughout our entire stay to ensure we had the best experience. We just arrived home and are already working on plans to return to this perfect beachfront unit!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and had everything we wanted, including a nice pool, easy access to the beach, and plenty of things to do nearby. A truly great experience for everyone in the family. We will definitely be making a return trip!

This is our 7th year visiting the area and the 5th condo we’ve stayed in. And it’s definitely #1 on our list now. The building & amenities are beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The location is perfect - close enough to all the action but far enough for quiet too. The layout of the condo is great too - open kitchen and living room for hanging out quiet bedrooms with super comfortable beds.

The beach was clean and quiet. It was never crowded- plenty of room to play, walk and hunt for shells! Property was clean and well maintained. Sand Key is a wonderful area to relax and enjoy the ocean. Short walk or drive to Clearwater Beach.

The amenities are great: kitchen is well equipped, bed was very comfortable, and the condo is nicely decorated. Any issues that popped up were dealt with quickly. The owners were very accessible and helpful. The property is in a great location for beach access and beautiful sunsets.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. The owners respond very quickly no matter what the issue/concern may be. The property was everything and more! Everything we needed was already there from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. The condo was very spacious and clean. The owners provided clear instructions for checking in and also provided great ideas for our stay. They also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Our entire family loved staying in this condo!! The location and access to the beach is perfect. There were several times we spotted manatees and rays from the balcony and ran down to get a closer look. The beds were extremely comfortable and parking was a breeze. The pool and hot tub area is amazing and the kids could swim while we watched the sunsets. The owners were also great and gave detailed instructions before we arrived. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful spot right on the beach!!

We enjoyed family vacation with our three teenagers at this location, and it was excellent!!! The area was great with lots to do, the condo and building had great amenities, great views, and the beach was terrific. The landlords were very helpful and communicative.
