The location was great for what we were doing. We had a 18th birthday for our daughter. It’s more commercial and busy in this area but we liked that part. If you are looking for quiet solitude, this property is not for you.

We spent a long weekend here (Thursday-Monday) for a family vacation with our three adult daughters. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. I would love to give it 5 stars but it needs a lot love in the form of maintenance upkeep. Broken faucets, doors are very hard to open, lights are hard to work, air condition unit makes crazy noises and pool had a lot of algae etc. The location and home are amazing...would go back but would love to see it taken care of better!

Loved the location of this house, but not sure it’s worth the amount per night being charged for what you get. Off the bat we couldn’t get in. The code to the door didn’t work. We sat outside calling to get the actual code and finally after 35 minutes we were able to get in. The view of the house is beautiful, but it’s cleanliness not. I understand Florida bugs, but if you’re paying for a clean house you shouldn’t have dead cockroaches on the floors and dirt stained feet and clothing from your toddling kids and crawling babies right away. The 4th bedroom with the 3 beds had stained/dirty sheets, one of which looked like blood. Would be nice if the 5th bedroom would be opened again. The patio doors to both bedrooms upstairs were not latched shut on arrival so hot air was just blowing in. The one bedroom door handle was broken to the outside patio so it was not usable. The master shower has major clog issues so within a couple minutes you’re essentially taking a bath. The positives are the direct access to the beach, but it is next to a main access point. We had a frat party parked right outside the house for hours one day we were there. No fault of the home, but renter beware it can happen. They also have a wedding/reception venue that’s fairly loud a little but down from the house, but music was done by 11. We enjoyed our time by the beach, but some simple things could make this home a bit better for the price you pay, but we still had fun as a family.

Overall, we absolutely loved this VRBO. Stunning views, great location! The only issue we had was unfortunately a safety issue. We had 2 different smoke detector battery alarms go off during the 4 nights we stayed there (Oct of 2022). The ceiling r 9 or 10 foot and there is no ladder so we requested that management change the battery. They did change the first one that went off however they ignored requests to return the next day when the second one started going off. We were able to change it by standing on a trash can placed on top of a bar stool only to find out the battery was over 10 years old! I again reached out stating concern that they really need to come replace all batteries. I sent this request at least 3 to 4 times and no one responded. I was also not reimbursed for the battery that I purchased which was not cheap. Again, besides this safety issue (and sleep impacting issue), it was lovely

We booked a house on the beach with a heated pool and spa. When we got there everything seemed clean the house was nice and as advertised. Within an hour we saw a cockroach and another one came up the drain as I was brushing my teeth and they were big! I sent a message out to Vacasa who only would respond by text and klept saying we will reach out to our team and get back to you. Someone from the team the next day reached out via text and told us he saw a roach the day before we checked in but they were palmettos and they were outside bugs and non invasive. I understand Floridians call their roaches that. They were most definitely cockroaches and many of them. He said he would order an extra spray but couldn’t get anyone there until Tuesday and we checked in on Saturday due to a holiday weekend. Still no word on Tuesday after reaching out to them many times, buying our own roach traps and spray, containers for our food, many nights of no sleep, constantly killing and watching for roaches. Wednesday the exterminator showed up and told us that we had a bigger problem and there was a leak in the plumbing and that they were coming up the drains from the sewer. He told us what we needed to do and boil water and pour it down the drains amongst getting a plumber. Mind you this is our vacation rental and we informed him we are on vacation not our house. Later that night we got a text from the local crew that we needed to switch houses due to “the bigger issue” and we would get some level of compensation. We were moved to another house not on the beach, the pool wasn’t heated and the neighbors hated having vacationers in the neighborhood and had protest signs in their yards. Long story short we also paid for heated pool it wasn’t heated or clean and they told us to clean it. They said we would be reimbursed for the pool not being heated. We moved houses, no reimbursement for the no heated pool or the stay with the infested house of roaches. Overall we had a horrible vacation and no compensation for anything NEVER will go to another Vacasa home again. Horrible!

We had an amazing time visiting Florida and loved this home. It was the perfect location to restaurants, beach etc. There were just a couple of things for future guests to know about.
1. House was very clean but dated when in comes to style.
2. If you plan on cooking, bring your own salt, pepper, spices, etc. There was nothing when we got there.
3. Master shower drained slow and we told them about it, so hopefully it's been fixed.
4. Low water pressure in the master bathroom.
5. Towels were a little rough so an upgrade might be nice.

Nice clean home and location. Just know the house is listed as 5 Bedrooms and there are only 4 bedrooms available. We received a notice later (buried in a confirmation email) that one bedroom was "under-construction" which we didn't know if it meant that the 5th bedroom was available (just not up to standard) or was not available. It was not available- there were a lot of beds but with the couples/singles we had made it difficult to give everyone the room conditions that we thought we signed up for. Prior to arrival, I called Vacasa twice, sent an email, and a text trying to understand the room situation from the "under construction" and they never got back to me as they promised from each call on the room situation, so we had to find out once we arrived. Overall a great house and rental, but poor communication on the listing (should say 4 bedroom) and Vacasa lack of communication- we didn't feel we received what we paid with the 4 bedrooms.

I gave this house a 2/5 only because we had the best time with family for a wedding. My advice would be to not rent for a few months and get some updating and repairs completed. First right off the bat, we couldn’t get into the house with the code, had to jump the fence and went in through the back because it wasn’t locked. Thankfully there was a garage door opener because we wouldn’t have been able to lock the front door. Then, the elevator didn’t work, so we had to carry everything up the 3 flights of stairs. Tried to call and never had help arrive. The master bathroom was beautiful and the shower was so relaxing, but it wouldn’t drain. With all 3 of the shower heads running, it clogged so fast it was basically a swimming pool after 2 minutes. The furniture is very outdated, and you can tell it’s been used a lot. The pool was extremely cloudy and super dirty. The hot tub never got hot and jets didn’t even shoot inward, they shot upward causing water to go all over the patio. There’s no shower coming from the beach, so sand gets tracked all over, eventually leading to the pool. It’s also very weird there isn’t a bathroom or pool room in the garage/basement/bar area? The pool sticks were broken and the pool table was uneven, we couldn’t even play. The second king bedroom door’s handle broke off, and the glass in the door also had a large spider crack in it. It was extremely inconvenient that the fifth bedroom was still closed off still after almost a year, because putting the bed in the fourth bedroom with two single beds was very tight and uncomfortable. The tv in that room was shattered and there were Bobby pins in one of the single beds, and stains on the sheets, proving the sheets had not been changed. Finally, when we first got to the house, there was old Dominos pizza and sauces sitting in the refrigerator. Vacasa did allow us to check out for free at 2pm instead of 10am on check out day for the inconveniences, because our flights weren’t until later in the day. All in all we had a great time together and made the best of it, its just underwhelming to deal with when you’re paying 2 grand a night for a home.

Poorly maintained, pool pump was broken and thus hot tub heater didn’t work, pool was overflowing and made the deck all wet, master shower didn’t drain and there were no dishes, cups of other essentials in the home. Stay away from all properties managed by Vacasa as the have been terrible to work with to get items resolved. First time for everything, including being disappointed by our VRBO rental.

The home is gorgeous. The home is beautifully done and spacious. The beach is out back door and straight down to the beach. The views to the ocean are fantastic. We spent hours walking on the beach, looking for shells. There is a pool which the boys were in all the time.

My family met for a combined birthday celebration with ages from 3 months to 65. We all loved the home, and it felt like home; with a spectacular view, very spacious, many gathering spaces, beautiful appointments and more amenities and toys than we could begin to use. We would highly recommend this location and hope everyone who goes enjoys this home as much as we did.

The home is in a great location just steps away from the beach. House is very spacious, scenic views from the balconies, we had a very good time.
Issues we had were we needed to monitor the level of the swimming pool every few hours because there must be a leak somewhere because it would lose water constantly. I met the pool guy the first day we were there and was told to keep an eye on the water level, if it drops below the skimmer, the whole system basically stops. Talked to the neighbor to the south of us, who made the same comment about water level, so it's a known issue. We kept our eye on it, made a game out of it, but something some people might not want to deal with on a daily basis.
We booked when there was a 5th bedroom and were told about a month and half before we went, it was closed off. Not the best situation but they put that bed into another bedroom so we could still have some older kids not have to share a bed with their younger brothers. Kids these days, haha
Power was not working in the master bath when we first got there, found the circuit breaker and reset it, all good. There was a lightbulb out in the master water closet, ceiling is super tall so no way to reach. We had an ongoing issue with the wifi cutting in and out, contacted Vacasa about it, was told they'd send someone out to look at it, expect a phone call. Never got the phone call but wifi came back on, so I don't know if the guy came and left while we were out. For that reason, didn't bother with the lightbulb, but was a little interesting late at night visiting that room if you needed to do your business.
Furniture is nice but it is dated. Needs some definite upgrades there. Walls had paint missing from being chipped, again not a huge issue. Lastly, came across a nice Florida cockroach running across my foot in the upstairs bathroom, nice little wake up call at 2 a.m. It was the only bug found in the house, found another one by the pool. Just chalking that up being by the beach and not anything on the house.
All in all, it was a great time, just some things you wouldn't expect you'd have to deal with when you're spending over 10k for a get away.

However, we were disappointed in the rental company's poor communication. We were notified about 4 weeks prior to our rental dates that one bedroom would not be available for our use and we could either accept that or get a complete refund. With 10 non-refundable airline tickets and no time to find another rental option we had no choice. They compensated us by taking $40 off the total rental price. Quite honestly that was insulting for what was asked of us and frustrating because they were very difficult to get a hold of by either email or phone call. The house was clean and tidy but overall very dated and cluttered with the out dated decor. Lots of vases of silk flowers and wrought iron and tapestry wall hangings, along with worn and tattered area rugs. It desperately needs updating in overall aesthetic as well as furniture and appliances. The bed linens and pillows should be upgraded and replaced and outdoor patio furniture should be replaced with matching sets. The house details stated there was exercise equipment but there not one piece of exercise equipment there. Also, there was a grill but the propane tank was empty so we had to pay to have that refilled. I have never stayed in a rental that was so under-stocked with basic needs. There were maybe a total of 10 plates and 10 random plastic cups, by day 2 we were at the store buying toilet paper, hand soap, counter cleaner, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, none of these were supplied at the house. We expected the house to be overall better suited for rentals with upgraded furniture, appliances, amenities, and decor.

What an amazing place to stay with our family! The beach is just steps away from the heated pool in the back yard. With 4 young kids, this was so convenient. Plenty of pool and beach equipment and toys - did not need to bring our own.

When I stepped through the door, very clean and had a clean odor ! Everything was in working order except broken dryer and I called to fix and came next day to fix. Daily I did a quick swifter cleaning for sand, plus it had a vaccuum. We set up a plastic bin to wash feet off from beach so we kept pool clean (Even the sexy pool boy gave us a compliment for keeping pool clean). Location was perfect for my young adults - 2 beach bars were next door. We rented a street legal golf cart for cruising enjoyment to the Pulix grocery store and shopping for us girls.

The house was outstanding from every point of view, location, size, furnishings, it had everything. Given the number of us, it needed a few more beach chairs, so we purchased 4 more and left them there. one of the main reasons we selected this home was because it had all of the beach equipment needed to enjoy the beach. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay at it again in the future.

Overall, we had a great week at Treasure Island. There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 children, 17, 15, 14, and 10. The house was outstanding from every point of view, location, size, furnishings, it had everything. Given the number of us, it needed a few more beach chairs, so we purchased 4 more and left them there. one of the main reasons we selected this home was because it had all of the beach equipment needed to enjoy the beach. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay at it again in the future.

The property was perfect for the amount of guest allowed. The area had lots of good restaurants and the beach was beautiful. Definitely recommend for family reunions
