Many of the homes are still being repaired on the island so it was nice to find a place that was up and running. Host stocked a lot of snacks, coffee and spices that really helped our stay.

This place was the perfect get a way for my 15 year old daughter and I. We love the beach and the island was nice to spend time together. The house was very clean and had so many games and things to do. Gaby was wonderful. We will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly family friendly, stocked with tons of games and beach supplies! The location was absolutely perfect, a short walk to the beach and quick golf cart ride to Mangos. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and well stocked the home was! Gaby was easy to talk to and very responsive. We hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The communication from Gaby and VRBO was perfect. The house was great. Just as advertised. Really comfortable and clean. The location is really good. We kept our boat in the marina so it was a 5 minute golf cart ride back and forth which was really easy. Also, walking to the beach was super easy. Can't wait to come back and stay on North Captiva again.

We had such a wonderful time and are so glad we visited the island. The home was just a few steps away from the water. The recovery from the hurricane in 2022 is well underway and we are happy to be part of it. Not only was it a truly wonderful visit, but we cannot wait to return. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had tons of stuff to use for cooking including spices and supplies and there were plenty of towels for the beach and showers. There was laundry room too if you ran out of towels. The rooms were nice and the whole home was just very comfortable. We had access to a golf cart to scoot around the island which made it very fun. The hammock was perfect for an afternoon nap and there was ping pong, giant connect 4, and a few other games to play at the home. the hot tub was great, especially on the cool evenings. This trip really allowed us to relax and disconnect, especially since we arrived via ferry and could not just run out to get something. We were on island time for real and my only wish is that we didn't have to return to work and our boring lives not on a beautiful beach island :) Thank you for having us, we look forward to visiting again soon!!!

My husband and I went down for a quick weekend and staying at the Tequila Sunset was the perfect choice! Beautifully decorated with great layout! Anything you need is right there! The host had everything you would need or even think about in home. It was one of best rentals on island imo! Especially for two people! Thanks again, Gaby!!

We have been to the Island multiple times but this was the first time renting this home. We absolutely loved it. The house is cute, cozy and clean. We loved the location to the beach! Seriously a short walk. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit especially since it was a little chilly the past week. We had a couple questions upon arrival and communication was awesome! Very quick response time. We are already planning a trip back to this house in March!!

The island is amazing. It’s fun to explore different areas everyday while also being able to stop and grab a drink from one of the bars on the island. The house was immaculate and our communication with Gaby was fantastic. We were not sure what to expect but she helped us every step of the way! We will be back!

Everything was fantastic! The hospitality was amazing. The communication that I had with the host was beyond amazing. The home and all it’s amenities were perfect for our family. And, of course, North Captiva is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I would do it all over again in a heart beat!

I wanted to write a quick note to say how pleasant and kind the host was to work with. I rented the place for my daughter for her Honeymoon and they had a great time exploring and were welcomed by extra special touches for their special stay. Super on all accounts!

The unit was nice, the owners very helpful we had a few issues right off but the owners were quick to help! The only negative are all of the security cameras! There are NONE inside that we saw but outside you feel like your are being watched! There is one on the hot tub, one in the patio seating area in the lani, one on the fire pit and even one on top of the golf cart (I think) and a ring door bell inside the storage room.. I am all for security but most homes remove these prior o guest arrival. Overall a nice place.
