About this house rental
Situated in Henrys Lake, this lovely house for $1,994 per night is a great choice for your next break. This home is situated on Henry's Lake. Walk outside and you can immediately access the water. We have several kayaks and paddleboards for adults and youth with various size life jackets for renters use. This is situated on a wakeless part of the lake so its a great place for the kids to swim, kayak and paddle board where you can see them. The cabin is approximately 7800 square feet and situated only 25 minutes to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park! Close enough to visit the park every day if you wish. The home boasts a 1400 square foot garage with a pull through for your boat and snowmobile trailers and plenty of parking. Floor plans are shown in the pictures. In addition to the house offering an amazing waterfront location, we also understand what it takes to make a great family reunion: lots of activities for people of every age and ability. We have a dedicated arcade/lounge room complete with an arcade game with over 18,000 games, commercial skee ball and commercial basketball hoop arcade plus fun activities for the little ones. We also have a commercial air hockey and foos ball tables. A large media room with an 80" TV, and a board game area with lots of games for every member of the family are located in the basement. A pool table is located upstairs in the loft. The dining room and kitchen seats 30 people (no kid table needed). The house has a BBQ grill and outdoor seating with relaxing fire table and outdoor fire pit and large hot tub. Most bedrooms are single king size beds with luxury linens provided. We also have a bedroom that has 2 queen bunk beds and a twin bunk bed room. We offer 7 bathrooms so no one is waiting their turn. The garage is heated in the winter for the snowmobile groups who need a large mud room area to dry wet gear. We offer 3 sets of washer/dryers, 3 full size refrigerators, 3 microwaves, 2 full size ovens, a gas cooktop on the main level and induction cooktop in the basement kitchen. Our kitchen is very well stocked with Instapot, crock pot, 2 griddles, waffle iron, coffee makers, Blendtec blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer etc. Everything you could need to make a large meal. Also, VRBO doesn't have a custom cancellation policy that fits our market so we have to show no cancellation however we do have a cancellation policy wherein if you cancel 120 days in advance of your stay you will receive a full refund. Otherwise you can buy trip insurance through VRBO in the event you need to cancel with less than 120 days advance notice.

First and foremost, the owner is great and responsive to any issue we had, but really there was only a hot tub issue and he sent his dad to try and fix it on a rainy Sunday evening.
All beds and linens were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices, there was shampoo and other toiletries in each bathroom as well as tons of dish soap, detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. Also there was an abundance of towels and beach towels. We saw mule deer on the property everyday.

Our family of 18 people had so much fun staying in this large, comfortable house. The lakeside location was perfect for water activities. We brought a ski boat, used the great dock, and used it for fishing and wakeboarding. The house is located in a wakeless lake outlet area, so is calm and quiet, but Henry Lake is close…best of both worlds. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding were perfect right off the dock. There were swimming moose, too! Birds of prey flew by us hunting for fish. Our favorite place was the lake view deck for dining and sitting around the gas fireplace. We would love to return!

Spacious house with plenty of kid friendly fun. Lake access was great and canoes and paddle boards were fun for the kids. Well appointed kitchen, and the outdoor porch was wonderful.
We did excursions to Yellowstone, grand Teton, Jackson hole, and did rafting, horseback riding, and ATV riding as well.
Only small complaints: noisy mechanical
Room next to one bedroom (had to find a fan to drown the noise); would have been great to have box fans in each room, esp those without AC vents, and hot tub needed chemical adjustment after one use.
But, overall the host was very helpful, accommodating, and the house was great for our large group.

Our extended family of 18 stayed for 5 nights & had a wonderful experience. The house had every amenity we could’ve imagined & there was a ton of things to do. We had a huge range of ages & it was perfect for all of us! There were indoor & outdoor games & the water access & equipment/toys were spot on. It was super handy to have so many refrigerators/freezers, washer/dryers, tables/chairs, etc. & everything was labeled which was a big bonus. I would highly recommend for large families. Drake was very easy to work with & to be honest, everything went so smoothly, we didn’t need to interact with him much. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property, spacious and very clean. So much to do between pool, fooseball, air hockey, and games! The lake is spectacular abd there were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards for us all! Host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of employees and spouses. The house is very spacious with an abundance of amenities. Drake was a fantastic super host, calling ahead of our stay to provide information about the property and area. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than any vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. This property was above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed in this house for our Family Christmas this year and it was fantastic! There were a total of 25 of us, ranging in age from 1 to 60. The kids had such a great time sledding. We took a snow cat trip into Yellowstone. I would highly recommend this property.

Drake was a super host. He called prior to our stay to answer any questions and welcome us to his property. His home is spacious with great accommodations: comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with labels for all of the items and the location is perfect. This lake house was perfect for our group of 25 with mostly couples. It accommodated everyone perfectly. The kitchen was AMAZINGLY well stocked. Coffee makers, blender, mixer and more spices than most rentals ever offer. We had a great time and loved the deck with fire feature and used it every morning for drinking coffee and hanging out. We saw moose, many birds and even red fox came up on the deck. The kayaking was amazing. Overall we had a great time and Drake was super helpful with anything we needed.

Looking for a home to accommodate 30 people near yellowstone was nearly impossible, I was feeling very discouraged & suddenly this lakehouse becomes available for 3 nights (wish it was longer) but I will take the 3 nights. When I initially looked at the nightly cost and the total for just 3 nights I was a bit hesitant to book because I wasn’t sure if the rest of the gang was up for spending this much however after dividing up the total between my siblings each of us only paid average about $300 per night. If we were to book hotel rooms we would not have gotten this spacious home and lake access and all the awesome amenities that came with the home! So so happy we found this home and only wish there were more days we could have booked! We only have good things to say about this home! Drake was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive and provided such detail information for the area and the home! It was the perfect location to explore yellowstone & the town! fishing was so fun (we brought our own poles) kayaking and paddle boarding was amazing provided by the owner! Our family had such a blast! Drake provided everything possible for us! Everything was labeled and so easy to find! our kids did not even want to explore yellowstone they just wanted to stay at the lakehouse! If you are looking for a home to house your large family! This is the home! Thank you for making our trip to yellowstone all the more memorable with our time spent at Henry’s lake as well! we have spread the word to our friends and family about this home and we look forward to returning back for a longer stay!

The house was incredible. My family had an amazing time. This rental is huge with more than enough space for us all. The games were a blast for both kids and adults. My family didn’t want to leave and said it was the best rental we’ve had. We definitely want to return hopefully in the winter. We saw so much wild life in the backyard including a male mouse, female mouse and her calf, deer, chipmunks, fox, and a beaver. Drake was amazing helping us with all of our questions and concerns. If you rent this place you will have an incredible time!

We had so much fun the home is beautiful, and well stocked! Definitely top of our vacation list. We had 27 people ages ranging from 64-0. We had plenty of room. Best place for large groups
We held our family reunion here with 22 of us ranging from a 2 year old to 65. Plenty of things to do for everyone, even if that was just relaxing on the deck. Close to lots of activities and the kitchen had everything you needed for meals. Plenty of towels and washers/dryers if needed. Nice way to have a comfortable, stress-free week. Everyone had their own space and the house was perfect for our family. Thank you Munson’s!

Awesome property with a great host
The property itself was splendid; many amenities for playing out on the lake and relaxing back at the house. Things were very well stocked and made prepping meals for our 25 person group very easy. They had multiple place settings for both adults and kids.
We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

What a stellar experience!
Drake and Lora have put together something truly special in the Driftwood Lodge. Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and I can honestly say I have never stayed in one that was nearly so well appointed as this beautiful property in Island Park.
We were there right after the flooding in Yellowstone, and were unable to get into the park until the final two days of our weeklong stay, but with all the activities available at this beautiful home, we still had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The kids stayed busy with the arcade games and loved their little bunk bed zone where all the cousins could hang out together. We loved kayaking the river/lake and even had a mama moose and her calf hang out in the yard all day one day (we stayed inside, but it was a joy to watch her little one power run around the property)!
A big one for me was the amazingly appointed kitchen! Because I have some food intolerances, we cooked every meal at the house and I was just thrilled with how well organized the space was! With three fridges and a huge pantry, we had plenty of space to store the food for our large group from our epic Costco trip. They even had a microplane and an instant pot! Seriously impressed.
Finally, the hosts were super helpful and kind - they even gave me a call the morning of our arrival to make sure we were all set for check in and that we knew how to get ahold of them if anything came up. Thank you for making our family trip one to remember!

We had a fabulous stay. There were activities for all ages. All ages enjoyed riding the paddleboats and kayaks in this perfect location with Grandma and Grandpa watching from the deck. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked well with every appliance. Thank you for a great time!
