## Space Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos, and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine, and a Queen bed. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. Note that this unit does not have a work desk. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. ## Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave. and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space 3. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.

Comfortable room, convenient check in/out system and very responsive team over the phone/text.
Only downside is that the room was a little on the small side and heating didn't reach bathroom.

Our room was perfect for our stay. I particularly enjoyed all of the thoughtful details that exceeded expectations such as eye masks, slippers, and minimal plastic K cups. The location is a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola and Village.

The code lock is very buggy. It takes on average 5 tries to unlock or lock the door. Extremely annoying!
The fridge didn't work. It was not obvious also, since the light in the fridge was working, so we left our milk there only to find out the warm milk in the morning
There were no available power outlets as well
The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors snoring
Other than that, the place itself is cozy and clean. The location is excellent

The place was exactly what we needed. Super clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions. Easy to walk to get to everything. The only tricky thing was the door code system. It was very sensitive and sometime needed a few tries to get the lock just right. Other than that it was great and we would stay here again.

This was a great stay in Lake Tahoe and would stay again. The only small issue we had was the smart lock was a little finicky and the code stopped working, but the staff answered my call right away and created a new passcode for the door. The walls are quite thin so we heard voices clearly and a dog barking early in the morning, but it wasn't too big of a deal since it was only once.
Overall, this is an amazing location, a 5 minute walk to the main shops and restaurant area. Beautiful interior and great appliances/amenities!

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was just a stones throw from the outdoor arena and it was just perfect.

This place was so cute! Perfect place for a weekend get away and walking distance to Harvey's/Heavenly. Had a little situation with parking spaces but was able to get in touch with a representative and resolve right away. The door was a little hard to enter the code, we had to try several times before being able to unlock the door each time we would come back. In addition, the TV would sometimes not work, possibly the remote needed new batteries? My partner also developed REALLY bad allergies as soon as we arrived to the room. Continued to make her really congested the whole weekend which was unfortunate. Other than that, the shower was very nice and hot & the rest of the place was so cute.

Had a nice time visiting South Lake Tahoe while staying in this cute little place. We were just a 5 minute walk from Heavenly village and other activities. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Clean and great location, walking distance to everything. The only downfall was the noise when snow and/or pine cones hit the roof in the middle of the night and it would wake us up. But other than that, very enjoyable stay!

Property was perfect for my needs and great location. Had the unfortunate experience of winter storm and loss of city power and plumbing issues for one day of my stay but property management was very responsive and accommodating to my request to check out one night early. Overall good experience beyond the uncontrollables of weather and frozen pipes.

Super cute, clean and affordable rooms at outstanding location. We stayed in one in of the smaller units and were super impressed by the layout and kitchenette. A few more hangers/hooks on the wall to hang wet towels, jackets, and clothes would be an easy update to make the experience even better. Smooth check in check out process. Loved the keyless entry.
When the air conditioner compressor went out Breanna was invested in getting it fixed and so helpful.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and well located. Only downfall is the entry system was a little difficult to manage. No key, just a keypad that kept beeping but not working. With patience and laughter we were able to get in and out of the unit, so overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect Studio in South Lake Tahoe
We loved our stay. The unit makes incredibly efficient use of the small space. Great bed and shower, small refrigerator/freeezer and microwave and even drawers and hanging space for clothes. Clean and walking distance to the Lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos if you partake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, within walking distance to many shops restaurants and casinos, that was clean and well appointed for what I needed. Large shower with HOT water. The bed was comfy and the AC worked perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Overall, our experience was great. The room was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Really close to the casinos and not too far from the lake. The keypad was a little annoying to deal with because it didn't always work. And the bed made a loud noise whenever someone got in. I don't have any other complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.
