Situated in Cudjoe Key, this attractive cottage for $410 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Located on a private and quiet open water lot, this charming cottage offers a wonderful view even to those people who do not want to go outside. While sitting inside or lazing out on a lounger, the tranquility and beauty of the tropics are yours. Fabulous open water from 35 foot seawall with dock posts, cleats and fish cleaning table, and swim ladder. Cook your catch on the outdoor grill or eat inside still enjoying the relaxing ocean view from the bright great room facing the canal. Kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and breakfast bar. The Master bedroom has large mirrored closet, built-in drawers. The comfy guest bedroom has a full closet, bureau and twin beds. Both rooms are equipped with cable TV. 40” flat-screen TV placed for convenient viewing from living and dining area. New tile flooring throughout this home, Washer/ Dryer, Central Air provided for comfort and relaxation. Venture Out Resort is a quiet little secret located just 20 miles from Key West, and is a water-lover’s dream! This 64-acre condominium resort was created to put the ocean right at your backdoor. We are located on Kemp Channel, which is one of the most accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country, as well as a quick, ten-minute ride to the open Atlantic and it’s coral reefs, including the world-famous Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary Venture Out is a gated community. There are an abundance of amenities, including an 80' olympic-sized, heated pool, which is located ocean-side, with a separate kiddie pool; saltwater swimming/snorkeling area adjacent to the pool; and a newly remodeled bath house. The marina has two boat ramps, a fuel dock, and a convenience store, which is open seven days a week. The store has everything from beer and wine, to bait, ice, fishing licenses, milk, bread, cheese, snacks, and more! There are two tennis courts, which are lighted at night, a Bocce ball court, basketball court, and shuffleboard area. The Recreation Hall has dart boards, a ping pong table, and a billiard table, as well as a self-checkout library.

Cudjoe Key was a great spot to stay. The town had a more relaxed feel then some others. The house served us well. The kitchen could be better stocked, as we cooked our dinners there most nights, but overall, it was great.

Great location on a canal with a lovely view. It was very quiet at night, although the park didn't seem too busy. Great pool and tennis courts in the common area. The bikes needed some attention, only 2 were usable, but that didn't bother us. The kayaks are fun. There was salt and pepper and oil and spices provided, but no coffee or anything else. There was a drip coffee and k-cup machine. We didn't bring a boat. Would happily stay again.

Nice home on the water. Kayaks were perfect, we even saw some stingrays and small sharks out by the flats. The location was central to a lot of great places. We drove down to Key West twice in less than 45 minutes each trip. The pool in the resort is very nice. We would highly recommend staying here!

Property was as shown. It was clean, well stocked and had a lot of information about the area in a book in the house. We enjoyed the view but sadly the weather didn't always cooperate 😕 Would recommend.

We've been traveling to the keys for years. This is the best. Laid back, amazing boating, and all the fishing! Awesome islands and sandbars to relax on, reefs to snorkel on, laid back restaurants. Quick shot down to key west. The neighborhood is very quiet, house has everything you need. We loved it, thanks for letting us stay here ! Tim and Chelsea

Close to attractions & great restaurants on the other Keys. The resort is more secure than anywhere we have stayed. Owner, Robin, is very prompt when answering emails..

Fishing - 20 paces away from your back door. Loved the ability to use the poles and kayaks that came with the house. Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night with your catch of the day on the back deck while soaking in the beautiful ocean view. Only 20 minutes away from Key West. We will be back.

We had a great time at this place. Great location and lots of things to do. Easy drive to Key West. Rented a boat and fished and explored the water. Owners are responsive however didn’t have any problems. Had everything we needed for cooking and frying up fresh fish. Highly recommend this place!!

Cute cottage, great location and View. Access to all sorts of amenities. On the water with a boat dock. We rented a boat and we could easily moor it in front of house. The kids loved playing pickle ball each day at the community courts and riding the bikes provided. Enjoyed the lay pack atmosphere, lack of hustle and bustle in the lower keys. The weather was too bad to enjoy the kayaks, but great option for guests. If every back in the Keys we would rent again!

My Wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate our Anniversary. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The bikes and kayaks were an added bonus. We kayaked ever morning to the mangroves and explored the area. I’d highly suggest you wake up a little early, make a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise right outside the back door. It’s the perfect way to start the day.

Loved the property for the price. The ice maker didn’t work and the fridge never got really cold. Could have been caused by not having the power on for a while so I give a break. Fishing from the back was amazing. Barry the barracuda was a constant visitor and would not be caught. Ac was proper. Dishes & cookware were good as well. Thank goodness for the free coffee.

Nice property in a large resort. Robin quickly responds to any renters questions or concerns. He laid out a nice check in/check out policies and gave nice recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. Note the rental is in a large resort, so you must pay a resort fee once you enter. That is separate from the Vrbo costs and beyond the control of the owner. Overall it was a relaxing time in a nice place, even though it was to windy to get out on the water. But oh well you can't control the weather on a vacation. If you want a quiet place close to Key West this is the place.

We loved staying in Cudjo Key! Is the perfect distance from Key West that you get plenty of relaxing time, but just a 30 min drive to Duval st in KW. Best of both worlds! We especially enjoyed kayaking around the mangroves near the house, fishing, and lounging at the pool. The gates community is great. Very clean, safe, and lots to do. I would recommend The Square Grouper restaurant for any meal and taking a day at Fort Zachary Taylor Beach in KW (great snorkeling, lounging, and views) The house was as shown and great for our stay. There was no soap/shampoo provided so be sure to BYO. The kitchen wasn’t super well stocked and the pans/knifes were in kind of rough shape, which made catching and cooking our own dinners as planned a little tough. But that being said, still a great place and we would return
