Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need. Please call the front desk at 231.547.6044 for more information. Welcome to unit #344! Our very spacious 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. The open concept living space, entails a full size kitchen featuring a range with an oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. And don't forget to enjoy the french doors facing round lake as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake. It's everything you need for a weekend getaway! The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. *2-Night Minimum Required

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The only negative I can identify is the pool/hottub area. It did not look well kept and we did not feel comfortable using it. It wasn't a major issue for us though.

This property was great. Would defiantly stay again, I’ve recommended to my friends and family. Location was so good. Walking distance to down town. The view of round lake was so good! We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Was so happy and impressed with the place - perfect location to downtown and close to the start of the marathon! Beautiful view of round lake and the draw bridge - clean and bright. Loved it and would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Have a wonderful stay. I was in a great location to downtown Charlevoix. It was not a far drive to the surrounding cities like Petoskey. I would recommend the Edgewater Inn #344 for the comfort and safety as well.

Our family stays at alot of places through VRBO, and this was one of thr cleanest,nicest furnished places we've stayed. The view was pretty and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and even had fans for us that need noise to sleep! Highly recommend!!

The condo is perfection: stunning views, perfect location and beautifully decorated. It was a slice of heaven to enjoy our first cup of coffee in the morning looking at beautiful Round Lake from this gorgeous condo. We walked into Charlevoix and had wonderful restaurants and lovely shops a few steps away. Lake Michigan Beach was a five minute walk. We look forward to our next visit in this unit.

The unit itself was great - updated, clean and overall very nice. Only issues were that beds were too soft and the housekeeping service was not good. They only gave fresh towels and took trash. Didn't come one day at all. Had to ask for replacement of bathroom items like shampoo, etc... when I could find someone to ask. Front desk woman was not very friendly.

The condo has been beautifully renovated with a modern lake house vibe. The kitchen is well appointed and we made many great meals and watched the boats go by. The view of the harbor is wonderful and the sounds of the water, birds and boats was a pleasant backdrop to our stay. The weather was perfect, so we were able to keep the French doors open during our entire stay. We only had to use the A/C on one muggy afternoon, and the place cooled down quickly.

The Edgewater Inn, in Charlevoix, is primarily a summer vacation spot and as such is quite vacant in the winter, when we visited. This is a good thing if you want to have a quiet stay without the droves of people that Charlevoix attracts. The nice thing is that Charlevoix is still beautiful in the winter and you can dine at the fine restaraunts, like Terry's or Smoke on the Water, without a reservation. Our room was a multifloor suite room with a gorgeous view of Round Lake. The unit was clean and it feels like a home away from home instead of a hotel. The furniture and decor is very tasteful and the beds are very comfortable. My wife and I had our honey moon here back in 1989 so this was a bit of a trip down memory lane while making new memories at the same time. Charlevoix is great and so is the Edgewater Inn. You won't be dissapointed with either.
