Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.*** No expense spared in this breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bath End Unit Condo located at the Hidden Dunes in Panama City Beach. As soon as you step foot inside you will be shocked with the attention to detail these owners have applied to the unit. The entryway, highlighted by a beautiful chandelier, sets the stage for the rest of the unit. After the entryway you come to the formal dining table. A large beautiful table that seats 6 will set the stage for unforgettable meals with your family. Cooking the meals will feel like you are right at home with the fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances including the range with dual ovens allows baking 2 dishes at once. If you need seating for more than 6 don't worry, 3 bar stools and an additional dining table that can seat 4-6 will fix that! The sleeping arrangements are; A gulf front master bedroom with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. 3 Bathrooms minimize congestion, the master is breathtaking with a separate jetted tub and walk in shower! The other 2 bathrooms are beautiful as well both with tiled shower/tub combos. The private wrap around balcony with adirondack furniture is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has to offer. Come see why they call them "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches". THE HIDDEN DUNES RESORT IS NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands, Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

Overall really nice room. We have an enjoyable stay. However, there were some issues when we arrived. There were two areas that had fans blowing on the ceiling due to a leak from the room above. One of the bathrooms could not be used because of the fans. We finally moved them. We did contact the maintenance about this and they really didn't say alot or give any direction on what they were going to do. The other issue were some of the door knobs didnt work and the ice maker didn't work after the first day.

My husband and I, along with our kids and their friends spent a wonderful week at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and as advertised. We had a total of 10 people and could have easily brought a couple extra friends with more than enough room. Highly recommend this property and will return!

This was our first year as snow birds, it did not disappoint. The decor was so beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. I was worried about the 16th floor, but I think it has spoiled us from finding anything lower. The views are amazing! The view from the front of this condo are also beautiful at night. We would love to stay here for many years to come. The location was easy access to all areas but far enough away from all the traffic. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place, it truly felt like our home for the two months.

First of all, would like to say anytime at the beach is always fun! The condo was very spacious for our group with plenty of room for all. Views from the balcony are spot on. The place was well decorated and cared for. Pictures of the place are pretty close to what is advertised on the website. Communication with ECDI and with owner was very hard to get answers from but wasn't a deal breaker. Small things that needed to be fixed were the shower leaked around the glass that's in the 2nd bedroom with the king bed. The towel holders to both 2nd and 3rd bedroom were loose and need to be fixed, maybe putting a chair in the bedroom with the two queens to make it more functional for those staying in that room.... but minor details. Parking was easy. Security personnel were very helpful, kitchen well stocked, utility room was nice with the icemaker. All in all, the place was VERY nice and would like to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Awesome room! Terrible communication
The room was awesome. Great view, decorated really nice, big roomy condo. The only bad thing was communication with the property manager. There were no parking passes left in the room. I emailed, called, and sent messages through VRBO for 4 days with no response. Finally someone just came by the room and gave us 2 passes. It was aggravating having to stop and talk to security every time we entered the property, but the thing that was really ticking me off is no one was responding to me. I have no idea who it was that finally brought the passes because they just handed them to my wife and left. I still have not had a response from the management company at all. We loved the room and whoever the owners are did a great job, but they may want to have a talk with the property manager.

BEAUTIFUL Condo: Exceeded Expectations
BEST WEEK EVER in this AMAZING CONDO! This was the most beautifully decorated condo I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are gorgeous, and they don’t even do it justice! We had 6 adults, one 6 year old, and a 9 month old and we had more than enough room throughout our weeklong stay. One of our favorite things were how the rooms/beds were setup. We loved that two of the rooms had king beds and the third room had 2 queen beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Everything was very clean and ready to be “lived in” for a week. I typically wash all dishes and wipe everything down upon arrival to a condo, but I didn’t need to do that with this one. We loved the view from the balcony. We spent so much time out there. If you are afraid of heights…this isn’t the place for you because it is very high up! It was also a nice bonus that the condo came with chairs and we didn’t have to rent extras each day. The location of the condo is great because it seemed to be a lot less crowded since it was on the opposite end of Pier Park where all of the traffic tends to go. We don’t have any complaints, and hope this condo is available to book again next summer!

The Unit (1601) exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully decorated and in a great location. We incurred only minor maintenance issues (missing or burned out light bulbs, a loose door knob, and a loose kitchen cabinet hinge). One shower was missing a shower curtain that would have prevented water from leaking onto to the floor. None of these issues prevented us from enjoying the unit and we would certainly consider renting the unit again.

Hidden Dunes 1601 could not have been more perfect! Everything was new and in pristine shape. Amazing views from expansive balcony. The elevators were super fast, so no waiting time! The beach was more secluded and a lot quieter than down the beach. Hard to find a nicer place.
