Gas grills are provided next to the pool for those who enjoy cooking out on warm summer evenings. Additionally a beach tram service is provided complimentary expediting your trip to the beach and back. Upon entering the first level you’ll find a set of full size bunks in the corner of the first room. The room adjacent to the bunks is the first full bedroom containing a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Across from the entry door you can see the stairs winding brilliantly up to the second floor: the door to the ever so convenient elevator located next to them. Imagine no lugging suitcases up-stairs or having to worry about those with physical impairments being able to enjoy the entire house. On the second floor, Ca*SEA*ta provides a stunning fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and a comfortable soothing color palate; a perfect place to relax, cook a family meal and unwind. Next to the kitchen the dining table seats 6 guests with three additional seats at the kitchen island. Off the kitchen there is a nice sized bunk room containing a twin over twin bunk and attached bathroom. The rest of the second floor consists of a cozy living area with two small balconies, one of facing the pool and one on the back side of the house. The third floor contains the final two bedrooms and the master suite. The two bedrooms are both equipped with king sized beds and large smart televisions. The beautiful counter tops on the double vanity in the shared hallway bathroom is sure to make anyone feel right at home. The Master suite is at the end of the hallway featuring a king-sized bed facing a large smart television and an en suite bathroom. This master suite is everything you could ask for a relaxing nights rest. The bathroom has a separate water closet, glass door shower, double vanity and deep soaking tub for those nights relaxing after dinner. We loved the location of the unit, nestled between Rosemary and Seacrest. The tram made beach trips so smooth! However, the bottom floor bathroom had constant ants and silverfish. The washer and dryer had issues during our stay. Maintenance was able to look at the issue but wasn’t able to fix the problem during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the property should the bugs and maintenance issues be resolved.

I stayed at CaSEAta with a group of friends. Check in was easy and the home was clean and comfortable. We did not use the beach tram, but beach access was a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the house. Because Hurricane Idalia came during our visit, the pool came in handy for the times of double red flag ocean water and for days we just didn’t feel like getting covered in sand. Finally, the home was close (5-10 minute walk) from several bars and restaurants. Notably right next to Starbucks, Beach and Brew bar, Seacrest Sundries (market with various groceries and also cheap and delicious breakfast and lunch), and Pizza by the Sea. Additionally, for larger shopping trips, there is a nice/newer Publix about a 10 minute drive away. I would stay again during my next visit to 30A.

The property worked great for our family getaway. We had 7 adults and one infant. The layout was excellent. Thankful for the elevator. It helped moving luggage up to the top floor. Location is great. Close to everything! The tram to the beach was convenient and we seldom had more than a couple minute wait. Wish there were more dishes! Barely enough for us to have one meal. Had to just buy disposable plates etc. to accommodate everyone. Other than that, the kitchen was nice. Excellent appliances! We would stay here again.

My husband and I have been coming to this area of Florida for years and we absolutely loved this rental. It’s in a perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The management / ownership is very professional and organized, making checking in and out super easy. We will be back!!

This was our 4th time staying in the area, and we extended our trip for additional 7 days at this property. Property is huge, there was only 4 of us. Everything inside is a newer date (since it is a relatively new construction). If you are planning on cooking, there are not enough pots and pans, and generally kitchen supplies. We dinned out a lot, but it is nice to prepare something at your place. Also, make sure you lock your bicycles at all times when not in use, since we had it "borrowed" from the next door teens. Luckily, we figured out, and got it back. There is an elevator in the house, so all your bags and suitcases can be easily transferred to the 3rd floor. That was a really nice feature. While all the other houses in the line (there is a total of 5 or 6) have access to their garages, ours was locked during our stay. Do not order anything on Amazon since it will not be delivered. Whole foods will deliver, but Amazon package gets returned since there is no such address in USPS delivery system. (already went to Post Office and was explained that).

Location was fantastic and the place was clean. Really enjoyed being able to walk to anywhere within 5 minutes (closer to 1 for most places). The house fit all of us, too.
