This beautiful North Shore home is the perfect location for your vacation destination. Chronicles is located in Spring Lake and is only five miles from downtown Grand Haven. The large deck offers a gas grill for cooking and the outdoor experience needed to make this home your perfect vacation home away from home! In the evening you can watch the sunset from the balcony. This homes layout includes a main floor laundry, kitchen, living room and bedroom with queen bed. The upper-level features two additional bedrooms (full in one bedroom and two twins in the other), half bath and balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. The lower level offers the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, living room and bathroom all in an open studio style layout. This is not a pet friendly property. Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.

Decent house, enough space for our whole family, and super close to lake access. No issues with hosts at all, communication was easy. The main floor and upstairs bedrooms were very cute. It worked for the week but I don’t believe I would stay again without some changes. Some challenges we had: no hose to rinse off sand outside house, no light by front door outside on deck, wet spot on carpet in 3rd floor bedroom, blood stain on box spring, constant running toilet noises. Leaking shower head on main floor, couches that have little support and sound like you might be breaking by sitting on them, dresser drawers fell through so couldn’t hold clothes, basement room did not have anywhere at all for clothes, (huge basement but nowhere to sit and hangout down there so that was unfortunate). The best benefit of it was really being so close to the lake- we only had to walk 3 houses down.

This is a perfect beach house if you're looking for something simple, quiet, and very conveniently close to the beach without the on the beach prices. The private beach was literally just a couple minute walk to the water. Perfect when your goal is to be on the beach. The house had some nice upgrades and was clean and ready to go when we got there. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive. The main floor shower could use a bit of an upgrade but it was still good and we would stay here again.

We booked at the last minute due to an unexpected death in the family. An issue came up with the original house we booked, and Jami with Lake Michigan Cottages ensured we were taken care of so well!! We stayed at a beautiful cottage the first few days, then moved into another house. Both had plenty of space for our party of 8, and was very clean. The care this team took to take care of us was above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful during this hardship!!

Short walk to private beach was PRICELESS. We hardly saw another soul! Quaint house with plenty of beds for our party - amenities just what we needed, only issue main shower needs a little attention but minor problem. Front storm door issue but we made do for the week and property manager planning to fix asap. Would definitely recommend!
