This house features two comfortable living areas (one in the casita) with a pull out sofa bed in each so there is plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. The backyard has everything you need complete with a heated saltwater pool & spa with large outdoor dining and a Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your dream vacation or long term stay! The backyard casita gives your family plenty of room to spread out and comes with all the games you could need, a dart board, pool/ping pong/air hockey combo table, and an XBOX! We also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Property was clean, beds were really comfortable. Everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen appliances. Pool and hot tub were great. Close proximity to beach shopping and restaraunts.

Our vacation was super. We had 12 people and everyone enjoyed their stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and we weren’t crowded. All of the activities available made it enjoyable to not have to leave the house. We enjoyed being close to the beach and went in the morning and evening. The management was courteous and quick to respond and resolve our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property for hosting a family reunion.

This place was the perfect distance between Mayo Clinic and the Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there. The pool and game room were great for the family just to hang out will we were there. The neighborhood was quiet even though they are working on the places next door they were very respectful and did not have a problem at all. We will definitely be booking this place when we come back for our next Mayo visit if its available.

We had our sons first birthday trip here and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and all of the games! There was soooo much included and management was so easy to talk with!! We will definitely stay here again!

Home and location as advertised very nice and centrally located. NOW THE BAD: neighbors are beginning a major addition (2 stories) and with it comes zero privacy in the beautiful pool area. Every day from 0700-1600 saws, nail guns and any other noise coming from a construction site. Given the project is in the framing stage, this will likely continue at least 4-6 more months. Just letting everyone know!

6 really good friends and I shared this beautiful Home for a weekend of Jaguars Football, Golf,and relaxing. The house was a great selection the guys loved the layout & space. Felt like we never left home! Highly recommend this property!

Stayd here over Thanksgiving holiday. Our group consisted of our family of 4 plus grandparents. Plenty of room. Fairly well stocked. Its a quiet neighborhood about a 20 min walk to beach. There are bikes available as well. We did not have great weather so did not get much beach time in. Owner is very helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful stay we had! The owners clearly put tremendous effort into making sure their guests have an all-around perfect experience. The home is beautifully and tastefully done. Loved this property and will definitely come back. The pool was beautiful with the multi colored lights and also had seating in it with a umbrella. Towels and beach supplies were provided and the cool outdoor seating with the fire was amazing. The Casita was perfect for our kids.

Place was very clean and as advertised. The owners responded quickly and were very helpful. Backyard was fantastic, pool and hottub were great. Had lots of rafts and noodles in the shed and had Cornhole in the Casita. Short drive to restaurants and the beach. We took bikes to the beach which was easy. Would definitely come back.

This was one of our favorite places to stay... incredible pool and hot tub right out the back door with great sitting area. The casita provided many fun games for the kids -- pool, air hockey and cornhole. Great location, only a mile from the beach and close to restaurants and fun activities. We loved our beach vacation at this amazing home!

The house was very newly renovated. The outside pool/spa and hardscape was awesome. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach with amble parking and beach access. It is definitely worth a stay. You're minutes away from restaurants, groceries, and other fun activities.

This was our first time trying a VRBO and could not have been more impressed with this incredible "Poolside Retreat". The cleanliness and beachy decor is amazing, the minute you walk in you feel at home. Whether you are wanting to chill by the pool/hot tub or go to the beach this is definitely a prime location. The Casita was a real hit with our clan, great place to hang if don't like to much sun but you can still be involved with everybody outside. If you like golf, Jax Beach Golf Club is less than 3 minutes away. The kitchen is the perfect size if you are looking to cook instead of going out for every meal, we grilled 3 nights in a row. 100% recommend!!!

This place was awsome and everything we needed. From outdoor games, beach chairs, cooler, and wheeling tote (we didn't use) to dove soap, paper towels, trash bags extra toilet tissue, laundry soap, pool towels and much more, we were amazed at the extra supplies. The only thing it lacked was a few more pots and pans were needed bc we had a party of 10 and 4 more to visit. There was only one large frying pan and a small and a few sizes of pots..maybe 2 or 3. But everything was beautiful inside and out. The lay out is great and the pool and outdoor features were amazing and the whole house was very well thought out. Every one enjoyed the house very much and will probably be returning. Even the pizza guy was very cool and helpful! About 5 to 7 min from the beach. But the public access was easy to find and free to park.
