Situated in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely house for $673 per night is a great option for your next break. Coral Reef Luxury Beach House is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. A spacious and open layout features Smart TV's in each room, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Great backyard with 3 grill types. Pool construction was just completed on a beautiful saltwater HEATED pool with a swim deck. This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and separate laundry room. Linens will be provided for all beds and there is an air mattress with extra linens. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and rolling cooler. Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Beautiful home. Pictures are spot on. Plenty of room for our family. We did ask right after booking to check in a couple hours early so we could all get ready for our daughters graduation from med school & got the typical answer of you could purchase the night before so you don’t have to worry about it, that wasn’t cost effective for us but it all worked out in the end. A few suggestions would be to add lights on the patio stair, the blocks all match & were hard to see the step down if you didn’t remember it was there. Add a couple dollar store plastic platters to bring to the outside oasis you’ve created since glass isn’t allowed outside. Leave a note on how to turn off the automatic lights in the kitchen, although they were beautiful you couldn’t sneak down to get a drink/snack w/o waking those who slept in the living room. Otherwise beautiful property! Thank you for the fun time!

We recently stayed for a few days with friends and this was truly a respite, a restorative trip for us! This home is an oasis - a little slice of heaven just a short walk from the beach. The home is exquisitely appointed, beds comfortable, and the heated pool is so inviting! The neighborhood is quiet. We could not have asked for a more beautiful trip!

Everything was amazing the property, the staff...etc If you haven't booked a property yet, you will be missing out on some of the best vacation homes and best staff ever. The owner was super responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a great vacation spoke in Jax Beach/ Ponte Vedra area this is a great find!

We had a great time! Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean up to do date home. There were people in and out of the backyard to get the pool heater going for us and finish landscaping (we arrived shortly after they finished the pool) They also added an outdoor tv. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was available. There’s also an outdoor grill and smoker. Beds were extremely comfortable. Vacuum located in the garage (something I do daily and definitely appreciated that it was available to me). Very roomy open concept which made it easy for us to all hang out. The pictures are definitely a proper presentation of this little beach gem with a backyard oasis. We’d stay here again!

We loved this home, 4 blocks from the beach and very convenient to many shops and restaurants. House is very welcoming with very nice finishes. Looks as if they are adding a pool to boot! We were lucky to have stayed there!

This little house was the perfect place for our multi-generational party (6 people and a puppy) to reconnect. It's nestled in the cutest little low key neighborhood. We walked to the beach every day and to some of the restaurants which are near. In fact, everything is near including Starbucks, Smoothie King, Circle K, etc. You just can't beat the location. The house is so clean, and there's plenty of space so no one felt on top of each other. Just awesome!
