THE SPACE - Hot tub located on the ground floor. - Private pool with heating and new lounge chairs, complete with an outdoor dining area. - Outdoor shower available. - Full-sized refrigerator located in the foyer. - Large patio with a TV, perfect for outdoor entertainment, located on the ground floor. - Fully-equipped kitchen for cooking on the third floor. - Living space with additional dining/game area accommodating 4-6 people on the third floor. - Dining area accommodates 8 people with extra seats available at the kitchen island on the third floor. - Spacious third-floor kitchen with a center island seating four. - Open-plan living space on the third floor. - Half bathroom on the third floor. - Gas grill available. - Pool heating is available. LAYOUT Ground Level - Entryway with elevator access to all levels. - Door leading to the pool area. Second Level - Primary suite with a view of the Gulf, deck access, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. - King room with twin/twin bunk bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. - Bunk room with two full-over-full and one twin-over-twin bunk beds, private deck with pool view, and Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. - Additional king bedroom with en suite bathroom. - Second king suite with an en-suite bathroom and access to a Gulf-view deck. - Fully equipped laundry room. - Kitchenette equipped with an ice maker, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. GUEST ACCESS - Parking available for 4 to 7 vehicles, both covered and uncovered. - RV/electric car hookup. - Free elevator access to all floors. NEIGHBORHOOD - Close to Gulf of Mexico beaches. - $250 credit for vacation gear rental. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? For a property across the street from the beach, this house really delivers on views of the gorgeous Gulf. We found it to be spacious with nice furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped. Outdoor living spaces were great for the family to spread out. Two minor issues were resolved same day by the rental company. We had a great week.

The property was in a great quiet location, had lots of space, but somewhat outdated. Some fixtures were loose, lighting older/dim, had a water leak in upstairs tub, but maintenance came to fix right away. Looked like it had happened before. Could not lock front door w/key, lock would not turn, only from inside. Big kitchen great for large families/groups, comfy LR furniture, porches w/beach view. Overall good, just needed some updating. Hope they read these reviews & will work on it.

Absolutely loved the set up of the property and the open concept of the lounging area, pool and yard was all together and not separated by any fence or railings but all of it was fenced off as one, to help keep fur babies contained or kids (which no kids with us this trip.) Made it so much easier to keep eye on our furry family members as we relaxed or swam and they could feel they were a part of the action without being separated from us. Didn’t have to worry about our fur babies getting away from us. So happy that they were able to come with us. Hated to bother maintenance a couple times but we had to have them show us how to keep from messin up the elevator and how to get the tv’s to work. Trick to the elevator…slow down and allow about 3-4seconds before opening the door after it stops at your floor and do not keep hitting the call button if it doesnt come to you immediately LoL. We all seemed to be in a hurry most of the time! Very nice elevator I’ll have to say! There were three guys that came to our rescue, I apologize but I can only remember two of their names…shout out to Kevin and Austin and ?😬 All three of them were just wonderful and nice. The lady that answered any calls we had was just wonderful also. Hope so much to do again next year. We brought out parents for their 57th Anniversary, and the Lord willing, will be able to bring them once again for their 58th! Great stay, great time, great place, you won’t be sorry. The sliding doors are kinda hard to open and shut but keep in mind that the new owners are updating and fixing things up, from what I understand, and I know these things take time so not a prob for us. Two 👍🏼👍🏼up for our review!

Salty Kisses is a beautiful home, with a large open living area, and six large bedrooms, each with a connecting bath. Two of the bathrooms are very elegant and large. This property was everything we hoped for and the kids loved having their own swimming pool. After we reported a hot water heater was not heating water on an entire floor, SGI replaced it that day. SGI Premier was wonderful to work with!

It’s a nice property but in need of major maintenance. There were broken blinds, rotten windows (which resulted in major flying ants problem requiring pest control services) and leaks during storms, no WiFi or television cable for our week, in major need of yard work. Plus we were emailed incorrect entry code so couldn’t get in house initially and incorrect WiFi code (but no service anyway- repairman came day before we left). Disappointed especially considering the cost.
