KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen provides ample space and comes equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious meals at home. The dining area accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter. BED & BATH This residence comfortably accommodates ten guests across four bedrooms. - The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV. - The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with a Smart TV. - The third has a queen bed with a Smart TV. - The fourth has two twin beds (basement level) with a Smart TV. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The balcony area offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and extra seating. Guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreational activities. EXTRA PERKS & DETAILS Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides. Each bathroom is furnished with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided. The property utilizes a self-check-in system with an automatic lock. Conveniently located opposite Cranmore Mountain, this townhouse provides year-round enjoyment! Explore local trails for hiking and cross-country skiing in Whitaker Woods, walk to the town center, and enjoy proximity to Cranmore Mountain Resort, Conway Village shops and restaurants, Settlers Green Outlets, Echo Lake State Park, Story Land, Attitash Ski Resort, and the Kancamagus Highway—all within 2 to 35 minutes away. * There are no more than 10 guests allowed, and the guest count in your booking must be correct. No outside visitors are allowed. * Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver's license) * All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival. * No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. * Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. * If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. * Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :) * No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs. * No fireworks * There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only * Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

We had a fantastic time at the condo. There were 10 of us; 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3,4,5 and 11). The place was clean and fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, towels, etc. The kids loved the basement which had plenty of toys and games. The location was great, just a short drive to Cranmore and downtown. We hope to come back next year!

4 adults, 4 kids enjoyed our stay. House was great for kids - on top of foosball and air hockey, there was a huge bucket of mega blocks, there was books, small balls, a doll house, and more. Bed was very comfy. Location was very close to North Conway town center

Eight women together for a cold November shopping weekend. No arrival instructions! Condo is freezing cold upon arrival, we scramble to turn on at least six separate heaters. We then discover there is no water. A scavenger hunt to find the water main to turn water on. We heat water to wash up because hot water hasn’t warmed up yet. The next morning three cold showers- no hot water! Five people don’t shower. Electricity in one bathroom doesn’t work. We check circuit breaker and find the switch for the hot water. Electricity is still out in the bathroom. Host has been notified throughout the stay with no resolution. We rented this place because it had three bathrooms and four bedrooms. I am so disappointed that the communication prior to arrival was not sent and the lack of hot water and electricity. The host made no attempt to reimburse us a partial refund because the property was not delivered as advertised.

Very cozy and rustic. Just what my son and grandson are always hoping for. Kitchen very well supplied. We were comfortable and close to everthing in north conway.

The unit is very well stocked with dishware, utensils, paper goods,childrens items, and condiments which we really appreciated. We also loved the wall hangings! Our only complaint was that we could have used additional bath and hand towels.
The pool had been drained which we were surprised to see, however, since it rained we couldn't have used it anyway.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The location, setting, and quiet of this property are major features. It is well-supplied and comfortable. The lighting and wide angle of the online photos gave the impression that it was lighter and larger than it actually felt but it was cozy and fine.

Though we enjoyed the house and it absolutely fit our needs, the lack of communication was a huge disappointment.
I messaged to confirm there was a pack and play and they told me there was not a pack and play despite the listing stating it was there. When we arrived there were two packs and plays.
When our payment did not get taken out on the assigned date I messaged three separate times to confirm we were good to go with the house and we got no response at all. For weeks and weeks.
When we were at the house and much of the city lost power (due to no fault of the homeowner) they responded right away and were very responsive. This seemed to be the homeowner communicating.
It appears a management company takes control before the stay actually takes place and they are terrible to work with. Even VRBO couldn’t give me a working/responsive phone number and they did not have an email. This was so frustrating leading up to the trip; and to be honest I was worried until we got into the house that we might not actually have the rental when we arrived.
The house is otherwise nice. Living and kitchen area is small but workable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lots of games in the basement. Comfy beds and furniture. Fans in all of the rooms. Laundry detergent provided. Pool was a great amenity and something we used daily.

We just got home from 5 nights in North Conway at this Condo. We used it as a home base for several days of skiing at Cranmore and it fit the bill perfectly. We were travelling with our three kids (13, 10, 8) and they each had their own room. We enjoyed playing foosball, air hockey and classic nintendo after a day on the slopes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. As another reviewer said, make sure you bring everything you need to cook (including salt and pepper). All in all the location could not be beat and the home provided a comfortable place to return to after skiing.

No extra key, dumpster code wrong,no heat downstairs, ran out of hot water and left early. No answer to emails, phone calls or texts. Very disappointing. Information in note book at place is wrong.

We loved the property and had a great experience. Open layout downstairs and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Stephanie, our host, was truly fantastic. Would highly recommend host and property!

This condo was perfect for our family of adults, teens, and children. A three minute car ride to Cranmore Mountain allowed for maximum enjoyment and convenience when on the slopes. The condo was nicely appointed with all that one would need for a comfortable vacation from home. The cozy gameroom/basement with plenty of seating was a real highlight for the kids. Well insulated from adjoining properties. Management left very clear instructions which made everything so easy. We certainly hope to return!

The kids loved the pool, along with the games downstairs where they had their own place to hide out from the adults, the air conditioning worked great for those hot summer days, beds were very comfotable and there were plenty, only 1 mi from downtown.

The house is very close to slopes, less than 5 min drive. Our four boys loved the house, 3 stories with including a lower level game room with endless fun!
