Enjoy a freshly made meal in the stainless steal appliance kitchen with walnut countertops or treat yourself as you dine in Rhode Island's top restaurants. We offer 1 off street parking space, Wifi, Central heating/cooling, and fun games the whole family can enjoy. After spending time shopping, dining and exploring downtown providence, unwind in our 2 queen size beds. Self check in/out. Always feel free to reach out with questions Historic and rich of life with plenty of restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment. We offer 1 free off street parking as you find yourself exploring downtown providence. We enforce check in/out times to be respectful of other guests time. If extra time is requested outside the specified check in/out times, a one time fee may be issued.

Clean and cute apartment in a great neighborhood. Perfect for 2 people to stay and enough room to entertain our local friends.

The place was like staying in a college apartment, beat up, dirty, run down, lots of broken blinds and closet doors, extremely loud on the weekends. I would not stay there again. The only good part was the location but the noise was too much.

There was water damage which the owner told us about a minor leak but when we arrived it was 3/4 one room and in the other rooms as well, but not as severe. Dirty dishes in dishwasher confetti and a party decorations from previous rental(assuming)
Carpets need to be cleaned. No ventilation over stove so smoke detector went off. ( but we didn’t hear it owner called, he was alerted, and asked if we were smoking which we DO NOT )
However location was great for us we enjoyed the walks around providence and the vibe it has to offer.
But I would not recommend that place

The apartment was just as described and in the best location close walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were in the area for a wedding and enjoyed having all the amenities of an apartment.

The only complaint was the temperature. The thermostat was set at 70 with a note stating not to change due to a safety issue. It was so hot and humid outside during our stay, 70 was way too warm. If there was a fan, we would have turned that on to try and move the air, but there was not a fan. Guests should be allowed to adjust the temperature, especially when it’s so hot and humid out. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep with it being so warm.

The property is on Atwells which is a social hit spot in Providence. But it is far enough down the street that you don’t have too much foot/restaurant traffic to deal with. There is one restaurant club on the opposite corner from the property but for the most part this end is not where all the action is. Friday and Saturday. Igor’s the street was closed to motorized traffic creating a pedestrian stroll that was fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend.

This was a nice place. The apartment itself was nicely done, clean and super cute. We arrived on a Saturday to the street closed for Al fresco dining, once we navigated this we were fine ( you have to go around a barrier to get to parking). The place was nice but the neighborhood was noisy. For a few friends having fun it was probably fine but for a family it was a little much.

Great apartment for enjoying Federal hill area
Had an awesome weekend, yet the bars close by stay open till 2am...can be loud at times. Apartment was perfect for 4 friends hanging around, eating great food and having cocktails.
