Modern A frame cottage nestled in the North Ga Mountains with partial Lake view and private dock. Home feels far from city surrounded by trees and only five minutes away from shopping and food. This is a true A frame Loft home with lots of sunlight. It is three bedroom, 3 Bath home. Master Bed is located on the loft area with a sitting area, and private shower bath. Main level has the second bedroom with Queen size bed and shared combination tub/ shower bath room. Third bedroom located on Ground floor , with Shared Shower bath room. Ground Floor also has a Living area with Television and sofa and chairs and Ping Pong Table. It is a walk out to covered patio with a twin size bed swing, overlooking the fire pit and lake. This was exactly as represented. There were no other requirements for this cabin to meet. It checked all the boxes. Great location on Lake Lanier, and a short drive to restuarants and shopping. We had a lot of rain over the weekend, and we wanted to make smores, but the firepit was drenched, so i asked Tony if it would be okay to build one inside, eventhough the fireppace hadn't been used in a while, and he responded kindly to let us utilize it. The smores turned out great, and it capped off a great weekend with my kids.

This an amazing home for your getaway. We were blown away by how stunning it was. The attention to every detail is apparent in each room. It is beautiful! We actually got married here ( tiny wedding) and though it was a small one, the home and property made it look and feel glamorous! Thank you for such a great getaway, it was truly a beautiful home! We will surely be back!

Absolute peace and quiet! That’s what we were looking for and found! Great location…close enough to everything but far enough for relaxing. We had a great time, enjoyed the fire pit, view from the deck and some time at the lake.

A friend and I rented this perfect little A-frame home for a relaxing gals weekend getaway. The house was perfectly situated between our other friends in Suwanee and Sautee with an easy drive to nearby wineries and the lovely town of Dahlonega. The home itself was well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, soaps and shampoos available in the bathrooms, detergent in the laundry area and plenty of room for each of us to have our own sleeping space. The living room was a comfortable hang-out space and even comes complete with a luxury addition of Scrabble. Us nerds loved this! Communication with the owner could not have been better. He answered questions quickly and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this lovely home!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The furniture, the kitchen, the bedrooms were gorgeous. It had a fire pit that we sat around at night and loved it. During the day you could walk down to the lake. The house was so nice and we could have stayed there another week.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it exceeded our expectations! It was equipped with everything we needed, the location was great, the house was beautiful and the owners were so responsive. We will be back for sure!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here. The house was perfect. Kids could play outside in the woods, or in the backyard while we sat on the swing and relaxed. Made dinner on Traeger grill they provide every night. Really nice walk down to the dock, kayaked & canoed out on the lake every day. Saw deer every evening. Great part of Lake Lanier to stay in. Not crazy and busy like the southern part of the lake. Everything was great. The location, the house, the owner… 100% will be coming back next year and possibly sooner. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

Can't say enough great things about our stay! The house and property are fabulous - the house is very clean, decorated nicely, and has everything you need. The bed linens, towels, etc. are all new and clean. There are plenty of games, chairs, and "things to do" at this house. We ate outside both nights on the nice outdoor table and furniture and enjoyed the spacious deck. The dock was nice and we enjoyed floating in the lake during the day. The host, Tony, was also extremely accommodating and friendly. Great experience and can't recommend this house enough, we will be booking again next year!

So…this home was extremely well done! Literally an ideal lake house plus a covered dock for your boat! Tony is amazing and deserves all 5 stars. I strongly suggest staying here for any amount of time. Important:being so close to grocery stores and restaurants isn’t common for lake homes, but this house is near everything which makes life super easy.

It was the perfect balance for a few days away with my kids. Everybody had their own space plenty of outdoor activities, ping-pong, movies, canoeing… But also, we could hit the outlet mall on a rainy day if we wanted. It was super cute and stocked with everything you could want.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! Everyone had their own bedroom and space and it was a dream! Please note that the 3rd bedroom is a loft and not in fact a bedroom. It was totally fine for us as the early bird got that room! The amenities were amazing and the view was breathtaking. Such a charming house in a great location!

To be honest, this was my first experience booking using Vrbo. With that said, I couldn’t be happier. This property was absolutely amazing and the host made everything an extremely positive experience. The pictures are extremely accurate, but it is so much better in person! We are a family of five, including 11 year old an 8 year old and a 2 year old and we all fit extremely comfortably. We slept in the loft upstairs, and the kids slept in the room downstairs. The lower level had a ping-pong table and an additional bedroom! We will definitely save this place and will be back in the future!!

Great location; felt quiet and secluded but was still not far from necessities and points of interest. Very well accommodated and decorated. Appreciated the perfect/understated Christmas decor. Kitchen was well appointed and general decor of home was updated and felt clean. We enjoyed Helen, Dahlonega, hiking and multiple Atlanta Christmas activities from this location. Publix and CVS were nearby. Owner was responsive and very helpful. 100% recommend!

This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved everything about our trip. We were able to hike on local trails, visit nearby Dahlonega and Helen (awesome towns that go all out for Christmas), pick up food from local restaurants, and have an amazing trip right before Christmas. It was everything we hoped for and more. We cannot recommend this gorgeous rental enough.

This is a cozy place to spend time with your family and friends. We just stayed at home and relaxed with kids and it was a good experience. Tony was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. On our way back, we dropped by North premium outlet which was 10 min away and liked that all the shopping place was nearby. I would recommend this place for a short break or weekend getaway.

We stayed at this adorable property during Thanksgiving break. The views out the A frame windows were gorgeous. There was plenty of things to do at the house and in the area to keep our family entertained. It was a bit chilly while we are there but we are already discussing a trip back in the summer to enjoy Lake Lanier!

We needed a quick last minute getaway for fall break. This property was great! The house was well appointed and updated. The property was also very clean for our stay. The A frame loft style was neat and super fun for our 10 year old. It has access to the lake via a short walk through the woods. We went when the water level was down, so water activities were not high on our list. Our 10 year old was still able to kayak a little in the kayak provided at the property. But the house should be good for those looking for lake activities. There is a huge fire pit and seating area in the back as well as a large deck. All in all a great quick stay for out family

Needed a short getaway with the family (2 grown/married children). Fantastic property and house. Inside the house is beautiful and well appointed. No cheap furnishings here. Took advantage of the ping pong table, cornhole, huge oversized swinging bench underneath the deck and massive fire pit. Didn’t go here for any lake activities. Owner responded quickly when we had a couple of questions. Overall, great long weekend

It was a great short weekend stay. We enjoyed the house. It was clean, updated, kitchen was equipped. We had issues with the A/C. The house was way too cold and it was not adjustable. Other than that we loved our stay.

Family of 5 from Florida had a blast on the lake. The house is very modern and has plenty of space over three floors and two decks to spread out. The beds and couch were very comfy. Kids loved the ping pong table and games and we watched movies every night on the smart tv’s. . The kids made a fire in the fire pit daily for s’mores. We rented a boat from a nearby person on Boatsetter app and spent an entire day on the lake tubing and touring and looking at houses. It’s the North end of the lake so it’s much quieter. We hardly saw any other boats. There’s plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We also did a couple of hikes one about 20 min away and one an hour away. It was an awesome family vacation and Tony was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and texts.

Stayed in this A Frame with friends for a long weekend. Clean with updated decor. Perfect for 3 couples with 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms, each on separate levels of the home. Kitchen adequately stocked, living space comfortable. Outdoor space was fabulous with deck off main level with comfortable seating and nice table for eating outside and Traeger grill we enjoyed. Lower level walk out with lovely huge swing lounger that was very relaxing. Dock with use of 2 person canoe and kayak in great shape. Portable chairs to bring to dock. Private and quiet. The only major issue we found was figuring out the AC thermostat. It was set very cold in the home and we had trouble bringing temperature up. We ended up just turning AC off as whatever setting we had it on it was extremely cold. Tony was responsive host and allowed us early check in and late check out, which was nice. Had a great stay !
