This beautiful, newly updated condo offers a grand full-size view of the great Atlantic Ocean from either one of the two private balconies accessible from the living room or the main bedroom. A few amenities provided for a no-stress vacation include a full-size washer/dryer, regular coffee maker and Keurig, blender and toaster oven, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are also assorted books, puzzles, and games for play. This incredible home away from home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and yes, all the beds are made before your arrival. Sandy Bottoms will make this a memorable vacation with great memories for all! The open-style floor plan and living area offer enough comfortable seating for everyone to relax after a fun day at the beach. Watch the 60-inch smart TV, catch up on the day's events, or turn on the included Netflix subscription to watch a fun family movie. Enjoy your family meals at the large wooden dining room table, or hop up on one of the four bar-height stools for a quick bite before heading out to the water. Entering the first main suite, located just off the living room, you are welcomed into a beautiful hide-a-way furnished with a new mattress and bedding, a private bathroom suite, enough closet space and dressers for all your travel essentials, and a private entrance to the outdoor oceanside balcony for that morning coffee or late night relaxation while listening to the crashing waves below. Entering main suite two, you are welcomed with plenty of room to spread out, a large closet and full-size dresser, a private bathroom, and a large TV to watch all your favorite late-night shows. Bedroom three is unique with pirate ship bunk beds that will surely be a big hit with the kids! The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The views and the sound of the ocean made this fabulous place to relax after a few busy days exploring and enjoying a quick getaway. There was plenty of room for our family six and had everything we needed.

Book this property for your next vacation ! The space was perfect for our family… plenty of room to spread out. The sunrises and view from the balconies were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The only negative thing was that the windows needed cleaning and the balcony could have used a power wash!

The place was lovely and clean on the inside. There was, however, no wine opener. That was an easy fix. The outside porches need a good power washing and the windows need to be washed. I know I am being picky by saying this, but the window treatments for the place were cumbersome and obstructive to the awesome view. Having owned a vacation rental property, I understand the need to economize on things, so it is just the decorator in me. The place was great. Just think the porches need some TLC!

The condo was a lot bigger than we were anticipating which was great. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balconies were nice too. I liked that they were separated so I could go on the small one drink my coffee without anyone talking to me in the morning. It was a well stocked kitchen. Lots of utensils and pans and dishes to cook the local seafood we bought. There was a lot of storage in all the bedrooms and the kitchen. Beautiful views and the beach was very clean. However, we felt that the beach was too congested for our liking. Other than that it was a great trip!!

Mother’s Day weekend in Sandbridge VA was wonderful! This first floor condo was perfect - great location! It has lots of room - very clean, nice size fully stocked kitchen, living room with three couches, large tv, and large dining table. Comfy beds in the three bedrooms and having three bathrooms was a bonus. No hairdryers, but they weren’t listed on the amenities anyway. So bring your own! Two nice balconies looking over the ocean with lots of seating. The beach was wonderful - easy access. Didn’t find any beach chairs or umbrellas at the condo. We brought our own or you can rent them in Sandbridge. Pools and hot tubs weren’t open yet. Was advertised mid-May but was told by servicing that they didn’t open until Memorial Day. They looked very nice! Easy access to the garage. Like most garages, the parking spots are small, but we managed with our SUV. The grills need servicing. There were about 12 grills and took 8 tries to find one that worked. Two restaurants close by - Jose Tequila and Baja Restaurant. Both were very good! The coffee shop in Baja served breakfast and small lunch menu! Communication with Vacasa was good…easy check in instructions, text to make sure it was clean, and check out. We would definitely stay at Sandy Bottoms again!

The ocean was our window. That being said, it was very dirty windows as was the floors. W couldn't walk around barefoot because the floors were dirty and sticky.

The condo was filthy. Could not get tv to work. The pictures on the website was very misleading nothing like the condo. The only plus about this place is the view. Would never never rent from vacasa ever again!

View from the condo was beautiful. Condo was pretty clean aside from the floors - they turned our feet black so make sure to bring extra socks to walk around in. Some of the functionality on the appliances were not working. There too isn’t any cell service aside from the Wi-Fi that worked 90% of the time. Condo decor is nice.
