Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter allows for additional prep space or an ideal area to serve up some drinks and Hors d'oeuvres and let your fellow guests gather. Steps away, more formal dining can be enjoyed at a dining table for 6. The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 Queen sofa sleepers in the living room and Sun Room. Each room is equipped with King-sized beds and attached en-suites. The rooms also highlight vaulted ceilings, TVs, and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. Loved the condo. Great location right on the golf course. Decorated with a Christmas tree and soft music on when we came in! They do need to clean the carpets though, many stains.

Beautiful view, carpet dirty. After i spent an hour cleaning (just water and rag), it looked like what we expected to see when we arrived. Cleaning crew never attempted to clean spots!! Vacuum was full to brim …has never been emptied!!

Nice layout. However, other guests have badly stained the carpet. The filthy carpet takes away from the nice layout. The temperature was quite warm and we could not seem to get the condo cool.Instructions for the thermostat would have been helpful. The porch is an asset for this property. The location is perfect. Other than temperature and carpet it is a nice property.

We did enjoy our stay. Rooms were very clean and neatly made up. Although - Rugs though out the condo was stained and filthy. Light in front bathroom was burnt-out, plug in sink didn't. Fan/light in sunroom didn't work. All other places we have rented would have napkins, baggies, foil, saranwrap etc. Enjoyed some of the verity of games there. All in all did have a good time.

This was a very comfortable and spacious condo located in a very convenient area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The managers were quick to respond to a question I had. The price was reasonable and I would love to stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable convenient place to stay!

Amazing property! Everyone had their own comfortable private space for sleeping and getting ready. We made several meals and had all the cooking utensils we needed. Condo was close to the Branson attractions. Communication was excellent. We never needed anything but I received text checking in and providing direct numbers if I had any questions or needs. I highly recommend renting this property and will book it again when we go back to Branson.

This was a great unit for us to be together and enjoy a time of fun and fellowship with six ladies that had been friends for over 60 years. Great location, beautiful property and a clean and quiet unit. We plan to return. Thank you for such an easy check in and check out procedures. We would recommend it to friend groups or couple groups. It had 3 nice size bedrooms with their own bathroom.

My ONLY negative thing to say about this property and the host/management is that I think the listing needs to mention that there is a full flight of stairs to get to the entrance. I was told “walk-up”, which to me means no stairs. Just a little more specifics would be beneficial. Otherwise, this property is exceptional! Very clean, comfortable beds (except sofa beds, but when are they), plenty of towels and extra bedding and blankets, lots of dishes to use in kitchen. Our host, Chris, was absolutely amazing and quick to respond to our inquiries and FYI’s (bulb in fridge was out, but we didn’t really need it). One of our guests accidentally broke the coffee carafe, and when we asked where we could go to replace it, he just brought us a new coffee maker. The view of the golf course is beautiful, and the sunroom is awesome to sit in with your morning coffee. Note to those with mobility issues… there IS a step-in shower in the shared bathroom on the main level. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We all really enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was amazing and the patio room was a favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I would suggest leaving instructions for the thermostat but we figured it out eventually. The only thing I would add for people to know is the property name is Fairways Condominiums not Branson on the Links. Our gps didnt take us quite there so it was confusing to find at first. Would love to stay here again!

check in was easy, communication was flawless, the property was slightly older but extremely clean, very spacious, everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The coffee maker was missing a piece to be able to function and the owner sent over a new coffee maker same day!!!

Everything was wonderful. We loved having a bath for each bedroom and plenty of room to lounge around and visit. The sunroom and view is fabulous. The condo was immaculate and we loved the decor. We will return and stay here again!

The thermostat was programmed to go up to 78 degrees after 6 hours. We constantly had to reset it to 70. The control was unusual, and took awhile to figure out. I would recommend going to a standard thermostat, set it to the desired temp for the time of year, and put a lock box on it.
