If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. The pool can be heated for $75 per night during Fall, Winter and Spring months. Pool heating is usually not necessary in the Summer. The Hot Tub/Spa is $25 per night. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for the reservation. 24 hours before check in, your card will be charged a preauthorized hold, which will be cancelled 48 hours after check out. You will always be notified if there is an issue that requires some or all of the deposit to be withheld. Please review the Rental Agreement/House Rules before booking. There are security cameras located on the property: front door, driveway, backyard, sideyard. They are recording but not monitored during your stay. It's for liability purposes and to ensure proper maintenance (pool cleaning, gardening, after strong wind events etc.)
