You have water sport rentals available at a cost, or get some exercise on the tennis courts, basketball, soccer, cornhole or jungle gym! Everything is close to Boulder View Tavern, an easy stroll for snacks lunch or a cold beverage. WINTERTIME: Big Boulder Ski and Snowboard is at the bottom of our neighborhood! super convenient for you winter enthusiasts :) Start your day at the sister mountain, Jack Frost, a short 8minute drive and get your day runs in... pop home for a hot meal, and jump over to Big Boulder for night boarding until 10pm! In a few short minutes your Apres' beverage can be in hand in front of the fire! THE HOUSE: We know how important a vacation is for our body and mind. Summit Wind strives to ensure you focus solely on relaxation fun and family or friends. Our newly upgraded home has extra high cleaning standards and is outfitted for your comfort and style. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, Central Air, built in bar, worry free gas fireplace and roomy dining and game table will put you right at home. KITCHEN: Granite Countertops, Stainless appliances with workspace facing your guests will keep the conversations going. Fully stocked with anything your chef might need. Help yourself to the full cookware set, Kurig and 12cup Coffee makers (yes please!), 4 slice toaster, blender and crock pot for the set-it and forget-it. We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well maintained and we were close to everything. Amy was very helpful and responded to messages immediately. There was a problem with the fridge the second day of our stay and a repairman was there within 2 hours to rectify it. We loved the fireplace and had it on every time we were there. We will definitely rent this property again!

My husband, son and I stayed on this property. It was very clean and had good wi-fi. We enjoyed many activities in the area - hiking at Hickory Run State Park, kayaking, enjoying the club games & beach areas, mini golf. We would definitely come back again!

As promised, this property was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked, the condo is nicely decorated and updated, and the deck is a comfortable gathering place. We slept well! Guests have access to the Boulder Lake Beach Club, with a beach, swimming area with a huge water trampoline, kayaks and paddleboards, a restaurant, and more--all just a few blocks away. There are so many fun activities in the area. We enjoyed hiking at Hickory Run State Park and exploring the scenic town of Jim Thorpe. We hadn't realized that there was an adjoining condo on the property, but it was unoccupied during our visit, so things were very quiet. You should take soap/shampoo for the showers. An excellent place to stay!

Amy was great to work with and accessible during our trip. The house was clean. It was also stocked well for our short four day stay. Great location even in an off-season. From going to the fish and pay or driving to Nazareth to go to the Martin guitar factory.

This rental did not disappoint, equipped with just about anything you will need. Nice appliances, sleeping quarters and bathrooms - no complaints. The subdivision is across the lake from Big Boulder Jack frost and in a quiet safe environment. Would definitely rent again, Amy was easily accessible and a pleasure to speak with.

This house is very nice and you can tell the people who own it take a lot of pride in the property. It was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay and the house is really, really nice. They provide towels, sheets and pretty much everything you would need. It was extremely clean and you can tell the family that owns it enjoys spending time there. The house is 3 mins from Big Boulder Ski area and about 15 mins from Jack Frost. Very, very, very nice property which we would love to visit again next year! They also allow pets which is very kind.

This condo has everything one may need for a family ski vacation. Signs are posted to orient users to the condo. Property manager was very responsive. The condo is well maintained and in a great location for skiing. We loved it there.

We loved our stay at this Lake Harmony home. Everything was there that we possibly could have wanted or needed. We have stayed at many Vrbo’s, and we all agreed this one was the best of all!! Fully stocked for cooking meals and enjoying wine, which we did! Highly recommend this place!

Everything was wonderful. I just wish there were dish cloths for washing dishes and wiping counters and the table instead of a sponge. Pack several if your staying there. Our family put a puzzle together while we were there. The kids even enjoyed it. The toys were great!! Took lots of hikes.
