About this house rental
Nestled in Kidder Township, this charming house for $244 per night is a great choice for your next break. Nice Quiet Home for a family or a group of friends any time of the year. Relax in the summer at the Lake Mountain Club at Big Boulder and rentals of Kayaks, canoes and paddleboats as available added costs to your rental package at the club. Small fee charged for use of private club, payable at club upon arrival (in-ground pool at Big Boulder is also available for your use). Fall is splendid and in the Winter walk to the slopes or tubing hills at Jack Frost. Air Conditioning This Home features two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, the downstairs bedroom has a private bath, access to indoor/glassed in hot tub room and queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a queen size bed as well as separate loft with three beds. Two separate full size baths. (Pillows, blankets and comforters provided) Fresh Linens and Towels This unit also has a screened in porch with table and chairs so you can enjoy cool evenings enjoying the surrounding nature. Located on Jack Frost Mntn, skiing and tubing is within walking distance. Located also near Big Boulder ski resort and lake as well as Hickory Run State Park where you can enjoy the Boulder Field and waterfalls. Jack Frost National Golf Course (visit their website for pictorial and pricing info) and the New Pocono Downs Moheken Sun Casino in Wilkes Barre (14 miles). Just opened 10 minutes away is the new indoor waterpark at Split Rock Lodge Galleria area! We ask that renters to be at least 21 years old and no pets or smoking. My fiance and I spent Christmas 2023 here, and we had a wonderful time! This spacious home is decorated really cute, and it's very clean, warm, and cozy. With the exception of towels, it has everything you might need for your stay and more! The (private) hot tub was clean and very refreshing. It was a very pleasant experience.

Hi… the house is cute with great floor plan but should be better maintained. The location is kind of misleading it is aprx 5 miles from the house to the club.. so it takes 40 minutes RT of your time on these roads which is not convenient at all. Surprised that one club cover such an area of rentals.
Back to the house totally in woods besides small covered patio no outdoor possibilities to grill, to sit or play for kids. The hot tub was a great addition if works well and be clean. Very worn out and 2 jest out of 4 worked. The cover is yucky.
The Indoor is planned and decorated well with all necessities you may need except kettle and towels (we were aware to take ours just …more to carry) Great separate master room area and ideal for 6.
For what we have paid for 2 nights I would expect better.. plus additional charges for club passes :-(

It was exactly what we needed. Host had thoughtfully left tissues, napkins and papertowels for our use. My sister mom and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away from husbands and kids. Watched a few chickflicks and enjoyed each other's company. Relaxed, played games and lots of laughs. And wine. :-) Thank you for a lovely weekend centrally located for my sister and I... Never enough time!

We stayed for a short weekend! The house was just as described and very warm and cozy! The hot tub is a great bonus and very relaxing. Close to a lot of restaurants and a lot of things to do. Beautiful area, would recommend!

We had an awesome weekend away. My husband cannot stop taking about how clean and quiet the resort was. Jack Frost is a ski resort and we stayed on the off season, however the townhouse is within walking distance to the slopes and snow tubing. And just across the main road is the split rock resort with lake harmony and restaurants. There’s UTV riding, restaurants, country stores all within a short driving distance. The house was well appointed and very clean, you only need to bring wash cloths and towels. The solarium and hot tub felt amazing and had plenty of outdoor seating and dining space. There was no check in, we drove straight in, parked outside and started unloading the car. We just cannot get over how much fun we had. We cannot wait to come back.

We stayed here while hiking the waterfalls in the area. It was a great place to come back to for dinner and relaxing in the hottub.

Great property! I’ve stayed in many pocono homes and this one is well-stocked, clean and organized. I have only great things to say about the host- responsive and helpful. The layout of the condo is great for two families. I highly recommend!

Cozy getaway
Dave's house was a nice place to spend a rainy fall weekend. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked for making dinner. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. I had trouble trying to start a fire in the fireplace so I gave up pretty quickly.

The entire house smelled like mold, along with all of our belongings when we left. I couldn’t wash the smell out of my hair until I washed it 3 times. The grout in tile shower in the down stairs bathroom was completely covered in black mold and when we went to cook dinner on the grill the grate was covered in old burnt on food and white fuzzy mold. I spoke to the host and he attempted to brush off the mold in the shower as “just being the color of the grout” but it wiped off and half the grout was the original color. Blamed the grill condition on the weather but was clearly just cleaned. Hot tub was a plus but that’s really it.

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walks. Great place to stay, unwind and have a relaxing escape.

Great home in the Poconos!
Definitely recommend this home. Located in a quiet development (at least it was in the summer). The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely the selling point of the house! The mattress, pillows, bedding etc. were great (which isn't always the case). Master bathroom was very large. We had 7 people and we were all very happy with the house and ammenities. Thank you!

We enjoyed the Lake club resort everyday. The inside of the house was very clean and oder free. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Loved it!
It was cute and sooo worth the $ as opposed to staying in a hotel!!! The village that it's in all looks the same so fining it was a little tricky but didn't take too long. The property manager is great. Everything was CLEAN! Hottub is a huge bonus..My only recommendation is don't get a cab to the race track. They might get you there, but they won't pick you up lol learned that the hard way.
