Located in Franklin, this charming condo for $245 per night is a great choice for your next break. Tucked away about a mile from the Square in downtown Franklin, TN is a quite condo in a small twenty unit building that was our home for many years. Our space has been described as "cozy" and "charming" by visitors who appreciate the details that went in to creating "Coco's Chambre". We added new carpet, paint and new kitchen appliances. The bathroom has been completely remodeled to include tiled shower (no tub) and marble countertops. Our travels to flea markets and antique shops have guided us to create a French inspired retreat. We are excited to share this space...once our home...with like minded adults looking for a lovely place to call "home" while visiting. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Smaller second bedroom has a full size antique iron bed. Both beds feature new "Hush" pillow top mattresses and box springs with cotton blankets and hotel quality bedding. The galley kitchen is cozy and features French glassware and porcelain as well as vintage silver plate flatware. (Yes...the flatware can go in the dishwasher!) There should be everything you need to prepare a meal at home or enjoy "take out" as if you did! Our style welcomes antiques and décor that has had previous lives before they came to live with us....from antique prints to plates on the walls..."Coco's Chambre" embraces a nod to the past but with today's comfort. Our unit features a second story deck with two chairs that looks out over a creek on the property. A tranquil place for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Parking is assigned and numbered on the pavement in front of the building There is one assigned parking space facing the building...directly in front of the breezeway to our unit. A second parking space would be in any other non-numbered space facing the street or at the far end of the parking lot. If your travel needs fall outside the Thursday through Sunday nights we have available...please feel free to message us how we can help! Amenities include: iron and ironing board washer and dryer with laundry supplies Jack and Jill bath with walk-in tiled shower blow dryer TV in living room (no televisions in bedrooms) cable and wifi equipped kitchen with cookware and a few cooking basics Keurig coffee maker with accompaniments toaster microwave Coco's Chambre is located on the ground floor with units both above and below our unit. There are 2 steps to access the breezeway. Jim Warren Park is essentially "next door" to this property. The park features paved walking trails and little bit of nature close by.

Coco’s Chambre has so many well thought out details that added to the comfortable, well appointed, spacious accommodations! The kitchen was beautiful, clean, and not only had everything we needed, but we felt pampered with silver flatware and lovely dishes and glassware. The bathroom(s) were sparkling white with chandeliers and luxurious tile and countertops. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms furnished with lovely antiques. We enjoyed the balcony with trees and a lovely stream flowing by. There are French items and references throughout the decor. (Even the books on the bookcase are French and French-themed!) We loved it and would definitely come back.

This is a very nice, clean condo. My husband and I liked the Jack and Jill bathroom. We each had our own space. The walk to town took about 10-15minutes. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very nice. We woukd definitely stay again!

This property was absolutely a delight. So much attention to details. I know some people just want a place to stay, but I personally enjoy staying at a property that feels "homey'. The most important element for any home away from home, is safety, cleanliness, and what kind of mattress does the room have. Coco's Chambre has it all. Franklin is a very safe town, it was extremely clean all newly redone kitchen and bathroom, and the mattress was awesome! Directions were great and check was a breeze. I would recommended and would stay again. Bob was a great host. Merci! Victoria

Where do I start!? Bob and Greg’s condo in Franklin is the perfect cozy Franklin getaway. You can tell how much time and attention to detail went into crafting this beautiful space to make it feel just like home. You’ll love everything about your stay here - the beautiful creek view from the balcony; the comfiest beds and pillows; the beautifully updated jack and jill bathroom (and the towels were so soft and plush!); and extra amenities including high end bathroom products, coffee and snacks - even lovely chocolates on the nightstand upon arrival! Enjoy a 10 - 15 minute walk to historic downtown Franklin and ogle over the charming historic homes that Franklin is famous for. The condo was absolutely spotless and I look forward to my next stay here when I am in Franklin.
