The house was a perfect size for our family of seven that stayed down in Franklin. The owner was quick at responding to messages. The place was clean and it was super thoughtful to have a mini coffee bar set up with cream and sugar ect. The location is easily accessible to grab food and groceries.

Property is well maintained and very comfortable for our group of 6. Property owners had coffee and creamer available at arrival which was great because we didn’t have time to stop at store. Great location, just a 25 minute Uber drive to broadway and bars!

My husband and i stayed with my daughter, her husband and my grandson in order to spend Christmas with my son and his famiy who live there. There was plenty of room, even to host Christmas dinner for all of us and everything we could have needed was available in the kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas (there was even a 7 foot tree decorated) and was roomy with plenty of seating for gathering. The outdoor space in the back yard looked inviting but the weather did not cooperate.The iocation was convenient to Nashville, and downtown Franklin, Interstate 65 and lots of shopping and restaurants.

We had the BEST stay! Zero complaints. The host was so kind, we had everything we needed, the house was immaculate and so cozy. The Christmas decorations were the perfect touch and a wonderful surprise! Thank you for an excellent stay.

This was the perfect house for a girls weekend in Franklin. The house was immaculate and the extra touches like having some drinks, coffee, creamer and even moon pies was so sweet. Joyce was very easy to get in touch with and so nice. I woud stay at this home again. I'd love to bring my family and use the outdoor space with firepit.

Our family loves this property! So many extras, perfectly clean, excellent communication, location quiet and nice neighborhood. We loved this weekend getaway close to Franklin. The City was so fun to visit. Great food with lost to do. The house was perfect for relaxing with a fire pit and large table for eating outside. Beautiful yard with the changing leaves. Our hosts were wonderful! Perfect weekend with family!

We have nothing but good things to say about the Lazy C. It was just as described and better!!! Well stocked and extras. Obvious why they are "Premier Hosts". They had water. Soda and 1/2&1/2 in the refrig . Snack and moon pies on the counter. Halloween candy in a bowl. Keurig, French Press. Coffee. French Roast, Tea.... So thoughtful.

My sisters and I rented this house for our sisters trip and it was awesome! The owner was amazing and very attentive and the house was amazing! If we ever go back to Franklin we will definitely rent this house again!!!

The house was perfect location for the weekend and the Pilgramage Festival. We were able to hear the music on the back patio on Saturday night while enjoying the fire pit. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely would recommend this house.

The property is just like the pictures but better. Joyce is the best host we’ve ever had— helpful but not intrusive. The house is very clean and well cared for- everything in working order— and it has everything you need or could ask for. The location is fantastic- close to the square, restaurants,and sites. We loved our time in Franklin and at this house. We would return and recommend to anyone.

This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was great !The hostess had the place well stocked with goodies for our arrival. She left a note on a blackboard that was full of information and she sent us a welcoming message the morning after our arrival. The house was tastefully decorated with a local flavor and was immaculate. Everyone was truly pleased with our stay. You can't go wrong staying here.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay. The house accomdated us all, was very clean and had all the ammenties we needed. The neigborhood was quiet and we had easy access to highways for all of the attractions around Nashville. We would certainly recommend staying here.

If I could give 7 stars, I would happily do so! By far, this lovely home is one of the very best places we have stayed. Exceptionally clean, super comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had everything we needed, and all the little welcoming touches (fresh flowers, soap for sensitive skin, Starbucks coffee, coffee creamer, Moon Pies, a bow on the potty paper! And more!) were all very much appreciated. Thank you, Joyce! You can bet we will check here first for our next trip to Franklin!

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights in this lovely home. Joyce was quick to communicate with me to answer any questions I had prior to arriving. The home exceeded all our expectations. The home was spotless, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is in a very quiet, tree lined neighborhood and the perfect location to tour Franklin, very close to Nashville and even Leiper's Fork. All the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. We all loved our stay at this home and if we ever go back, we will be booking with Joyce again. The worst part of our trip was having to leave this lovely home and our stay in Tennessee ~ The Federick family

This house exceeded our expectations in every way! It was larger than the pictures make it seem and very clean. The neighborhood is older, but cute and safe and just a quick drive to almost everything. The owners are very responsive to messages and the house is well stocked to start your stay (coffee, creamer, light snacks). Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful property, the decor was lovely and we were so comfortable there. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the cornhole game! Also appreciated being able to park in the garage. Joyce was a gracious and responsive host and no amenity was overlooked. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

Couldn’t say enough about the host, the accommodations, the CLEANLINESS, the thoughtful extras (bag of ice in freezer, moon pies, water, cokes, coffee set up, toiletries we might have forgotten, etc.).. This is a wonderful VRBO … VERY clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, safe neighborhood, the listing was represented accurately, and communication with owner was good. We will definitely try to stay here again as we have family in this community. I have never rated a VRBO so highly, so if you are particular about cleaniness and safety, look no further!
