The management team demonstrated exceptional leadership. When all but one morning served did not show up for work, they took on that responsibility. They took orders served and cleaned up after each customer. All with a smile on their faces!

I wanted to love this hotel but it's just mediocre. The dinner at Forte was great. The front person, Terry, was the best part of the hotel. He was super friendly and convsersational.
The brunch was not good at all. We had to ask for room service every day. They just "forgot" to clean our room. And there was no ice anywhere. It just felt way overpriced for what we got.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous. We had dinner at Forte the last time we were in town. This time we were very busy to enjoy the amenities but we did extend our stay by another night!

This is a wonderful hotel. The only negative is that we did not get maid service. I had to call for fresh towels. But that was the only negative. Everything else was lovely.

The restaurant was very disappointing. The water pressure was unacceptable in the showers, the staff was not friendly and attentive to the level of Hotel.
Location is great. The general interior and rooms are nice.

The room was beautiful, the lobby was beautiful. In comparison to a certain hotel on campus this one felt so much newer and nicer for the same price.
The underground parking with construction was stressful but hopefully that will be completed soon. One of the throw pillows on the bed smelled like an alcoholic drink has been spilled by a previous guest. Everything else was pristine but housekeeping should have caught that when making bed. I wish there was small accessible breakfast cafe for breakfast not just the large restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel.
