Wi-fi, Roku TV, home office, gym, granite counters, & rainfall shower just to name a few! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Outdoor seating on the front porch and back patio. Bike rentals available on the next street over! Campbell Ave features a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, salons, & more within walking distance! The space Clean and stylish 2 bedroom 1 bath home. The property is ideal for 4 guests, but can sleep 6. Bathroom features an amazing rainfall shower head, new tile, and a Halo mirror. Kitchen has new granite countertops, under cabinet lights, a gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, and all basic cooking essentials. Backroom features laundry, a home gym and a dog door for your four legged friends! There is a beautiful granite top desk space available with fast wifi. Front entrance has a small covered patio and the back of the home features a large covered patio. Bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses and hand painted antique furniture. This home is truly unique. It's flows well and is super stylish. Guest access Guests access the home from the front door. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Lighted and paved pathway leads to the front door. **There are two steps up to the front porch.

Great house to stay at. Had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the University. Communication with Candace was great. She responded very quickly. Check in process was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again

Came to Tucson for UA Family weekend and stayed here with our teenage daughters. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. House was clean, well-appointed, close to campus and the owners were fantastic. Would absolute stay here again. Thank you!

We were all SURPRISED at this BEAUTIFUL house! Everything is NEW!!! From the roof to the ice cold A/C to the keyless entry……..oh my i can go on and on and on!!! Everything worked and the Roku was AMAZING! I have to be honest everyone! I would of paid 200$ for this gem a night! It was that amazing here!!! Please don’t pass this one up! You will literally will not want for ONE THING! Plus the kicker!! There is SO MANY EATING OPTIONS WITH IN A 200 YEARD WALK! Plus a few coffee shops and other businesses latterly just out the door and a 1 or 2 min. Walk! Another major plus! Is this neighborhood is absolutely quite!!! I really didn’t know if we were the only ones here in the whole area! I walked to Dunkin Donuts and I did see 2 people walking their dogs! Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful GEM!!!!! You won’t be sorry at ANY LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Tucson moving our daughter into UofA. Great location, the owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. As promised, it had everything we needed.

This place was great! We spent two weeks here while we organized our move back to Tucson and caught up with family. We spent many cozy mornings having coffee in the Arizona room and lots of evenings enjoying the back patio too. Owner is very thoughtful and kind!

What a great home away from home! A quiet, people AND pet friendly neighborhood. Close to EVERYTHING: UA, downtown, mountain/trails, parks, hospitals and any store you’ll need! You can easily cook, take out or eat out by walking or driving. Host answered all questions quickly even before our booking. Next door neighbor trains in their yard on and off during the day. Didn’t bother us but may make a backyard quiet time a bit noisy. We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay here. For an older home, it was very nicely updated. Happy that it had a washer and dryer. Also really liked the desk and chair - for some reason that is a rarity among VRBOs. The neighborhood was really quiet and safe. Very close to restaurants and shopping. This location is pretty close to the University, but I also liked that it was close to the loop access off Campbell.

We flew into Tucson Arizona and didn’t rent a car just planned on using Uber. This place was perfect we didn’t have to use Uber but to and from the airport and over to The Sabino mountains for a day hike. Everything was so close we had the best coffee and food places right across the street and the Grocery Store is Next door! Perfect Place would recommend and will be back!

We enjoyed our mini vacation in this cozy little casa. The location and amenities were perfect. The property manager was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay.
