Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely condo for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private covered balcony and listen to the music of the waves crashing on the white sand beach nearby at “Beach Music”. Relax by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet a natural shoreline filled with shells and wildlife. The open floorplan provides ocean views from the living area, dining area, and kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating and space for your group to unwind together after a fun filled day on the beach or out by the pool. Right off the living area is the covered oceanfront balcony, the perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze or watch the sunrise over the ocean. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** The master suite includes a King bed, ocean views, a private full bathroom, and a smart TV. The Queen bedroom includes a Queen be, views of the marsh, and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and views of the marsh. The Queen bedroom and twin bedroom share the hallway bathroom which offers tub/shower combo, perfect for giving the little ones in your group a bath after some fun in the sand and the sun. Parking instructions: Parking passes (X2) are left on the counter for guest use during your stay. There is 1 assigned, labeled space (1C) for this unit. The unlabeled spots are first come first serve, and parking pass must be displayed in dashboard. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods starter kit and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Arrived, TV in main area would not turn on, found out later that wire behind TV loose, Apple TV in master, no instructions, even tech person did not know bunch of trial and error. 319 high when off season and you have to remove all trash, take linens off beds, towels in washing machine.

Stay was very nice overall - nice property with good view of the ocean. Good neighborhood - felt very safe. Master bedroom view is spectacular. A couple of small things could have been better: - supply of shampoo and soap for bathing was small and could have been nicer (we had to ration use to avoid running out) - TV in master bedroom was difficult to operate and had hard time figuring out how to turn TV off - Also wish there some flexibility on early check-in without extra fees - Check out time of 10am is early, would have been nice if it were 11:00 or 12:00

This unit was perfect for my family! My son was recently in an accident and needed a wheelchair. The elevator was a must. The unit was spacious enough to accommodate all of his hospital devices. The unit was clean and well appointed with all we needed. I will say a broom and dustpan would have been nice to have. The vacuum that was there did not work very well. The beach chairs, cooler and wagon were nice to have and nice that I didn’t have to pack ours. Thank you and we will return!
