Situated in Marietta, this lovely house for $285 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to the Laurel Place! This house is located in a QUIET cul-de-sac with quick access to Highway I-75. Close to Marietta Square, KSU, Kennestone Hospital, White Water Park, Truist Park, Downtown ATL and so much more. If you want to go hiking or tubing, Kennesaw Mountain and Chattahoochee River are just less than 20 minutes away! What you will love: - No-step ranch home in a quiet cul-de-sac. - Fully-equipped kitchen with SS appliances & quartz countertop. - Plenty of parking in the driveway, carport & street parking. There are 3 Ring cameras outside of the property for your safety and security: Front door, carport and backyard. There is no camera inside.

This home is spotless with brand new appliances and furniture. Kitchen is perfect. Has everything you will need for your stay. Very short drive to stores and KSU Marietta Emily responded to queries immediately, and was very understanding when I needed to change our booking- twice! Will definitely book for future trips to Atlanta Thanks

This is a newly renovated house, very clean, attractive. Owner had some cold waters in the fridge and snacks in the table when we arrived-very nice! Comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms, large back yard with patio and table, carport to keep the car out of the sun. Large Amazon Fire TV in the living room. Very quiet neighborhood. The only real issue we had was an electrical one—if something was plugged into a particular outlet, the power went out to 2 of the bedrooms and one bathroom (without tripping the breaker). The owner is aware, and I assume this unusual issue will be addressed soon.
