It was a Christmas gift to my children and grandchildren and it could not have been more fun. The house was clean, if we had a question they responded quickly. I would absolutely stay there again. It was close to Disney and other attractions but in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed! Thanks to the host and to Vyrbo. This was my first time using the app and I would definitely use them for my next trip!

Mold on the walls have pictures, bugs in kitchen roach, bedrooms and bathrooms ants, have pictures. blanket in closet had dry blood all over it gross, have pictures, I put in supply closet to show whomever cleans, it needs thrown away, Prehistoric TVs in all the bedrooms, some bedrooms had no TVs, Turn table in microwave did not work. Hot tub would not get hot. Kitchen light fixture cover ready to fall off, have pictures dirty carpets

Stove burner front right did not work, cooking pans were not the best, had to go out to buy decent frying pan.dining chair was weak could cause an accident, tv did not work, had to go out and buy Roku, tv’s in bedrooms were very very small. Sliding glass door, you could open from opposite end, could not secure door. To get inside gate, the number was given but the # sign was not included. Bad bad bad.
Other wise it was a nice place.

We had such a great time!!!! The house was very family friendly and in such a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub made such an enjoyable way to wind down a day. It is in great proximity to anything you want to do. We went to Universal, Disney, Outlet Mall Shopping, and Movies. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house and Orange Vacation Homes.

The house was not thoroughly cleaned. One bedroom' s bed had not been changed, there were gnats and fleas

AC went out 2 times, so 2 days with no air conditioning… floor of utility room soaking wet due to dryer vent not attached, 1am awakened by shrill alarm on downstairs full bedroom sliding screen door open (needed it for AIR!), shower curtain fell down, slats in all the blinds coming apart, kitchen and livingroom windows wouldn’t stay up for AIR so had to prop them open, commode was leaking then cracked completely in half spewing water everywhere and into the hallway carpet, tv quit working twice, wrong wifi password upon checkin, had no instructions for trash, pool was scalding hot for days due to heater being left on… killed roaches, ceiling fans black with dust…

All you need for your stay is there to use. Just 4 miles to the main resort area. Quick response in any maintenance issue.

This is our 14th house rental, and our first home in cumbrian lakes. The community is small with one small park and one set of children's play equipment. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The pool has full sun all day which is a Must for us. The house is clean and everything worked as it should.
