Nestled in Goose Creek, this attractive house for $184 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Spacious 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath, sleeps 4 ppl. Townhome completely renovated and updated! Features 3 smart tvs with wifi /internet, Queen sleeper sofa bed, fireplace,washer and dryer ,fully stocked kitchen and private enclosed patio . Conveniently located close to airport, shopping, downtown, beaches and tourist attractions. One assigned parking space. Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises. A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning. 10p quiet time inside/outside. No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed. The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.

The owner was very prompt responding. Loved staying here it was an amazing feel and environment. Would recommend to someone else to stay here and communicate all needs to the host prior to arriving and they will do their best to accommodate within reason. Lovely townhome.

Pros: looks nice, very comfy beds, lots of space in bedrooms and living areas. Fridge had a few bottles of water stocked. Parking well marked so easy to find right in front of the house. Room to improve: near a loud train that shakes the entire house every hour. Master Bathroom is a shared bathroom and very small; a lot of unused space in bedrooms could be used to enlarge the bathroom space. Shower Water was not very hot and poor water pressure. Can hear neighbors on front porch talking on phones.

It was a wonderful space to get away from the chaos of downtown Charleston and enjoy the comforts of a home. My only gripe would be the occasional the bowing floors, but I understand those are lots of work to fix so it was nothing on my conscious. Also, the shower was amazing.

It was overall a very pleasant stay, no issues really. Keep in mind there is very tight parking and you’ll only be given 1 parking spot. We were only in one car so that was fine, however very tight parking. This is an apartment complex so keep in mind there are neighbors close by. It was about 30mins from everything, so not too bad of a drive. Rules are listed in kitchen but we’re not listed when booking, however we did not run into any issues. Communication was great.

The bed was the best as far as comfort. Had a lite smell to the sheets n towels. There was a was clothe that was left on the shower rack. All the floors felt like you was going to cave in as you walked to the bathroom downstairs n upstairs. Very shocked of the conditions

Was not able to go. The host contacted me and told me i had a credit if i ever came back. Host was great, no problems with their resolve. It was probably a one time chance to go but their offer was great.

The property was as advertised. It is located at the end of the street and is a fairly quiet neighborhood. As others have mentioned the trains do run directly behind the building so they can be a bit noisy. We enjoyed having our coffee on the screen porch each morning.

This property is only about 10 minutes from the airport, set back in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was super clean, and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Area is not walkable, but it's a quick drive into downtown Charleston. There is a railroad behind the property, but it didn't bother us at all. The A/C was great, the property was clean and well stocked with a few pots and pans in the kitchen, and the host was very communicative! We would certainly stay again.

The property is located right next to some train tracks that weren't disclosed in the property description. In addition, the light globe in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom rattles and should be repaired/replaced. Thanks

The unit was immaculate! Everything you need for a stay was provided. (Even some cold bottled water). Beds were comfy and clean. The only downside is that the apartment is tucked away in the back of an older neighborhood and was just a tiny bit difficult to find. It is convenient to drive wherever you need to go. The neighbors were quiet. If we ever go to Charleston again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

I have to say this place was a life saver. My original reservation was canceled 9 days before we were to arrive. I was able to get this place at the last minute. The owner of the place is an amazing man who is extremely accommodating. The property manager, on the other hand, is not co-operative, unfriendly, and unresponsive. I suggest, if possible, to communicate with the owner.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The condo is beautiful, everything is brand new! The pictures don’t do it justice! The beds are super comfy! The location is close to everything, stores, restaurants and downtown Charlestown. I will certainly be staying here the next time I visit. You won’t be disappointed !

We had a nice time at this condo. The place was clean, updated and everything we needed was included. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any question we had. The condo is about 10 minutes from downtown and is a reasonable place to stay to avoid the very high room rates in downtown. The only thing that would keep us from booking this particular unit again is the fact that there is a train that runs directly behind the property. It runs in the middle of the night and can be very disruptive of a goods night sleep.

Everything was good except for the remodeling going on next door. During the day, we didn’t mind but our first night there at 9:30 at night I asked the host about them working so late. We went back and forth with the host until they finally stopped at 11:00. No fault to the host. They answered my messages promptly, I guess the workers just wanted to continue. I would have probably not stayed here had we known about the remodeling next door though.

The apartment was very clean, and we loved the modern style of the place. We had everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies. There was some construction going on in the apartment next door, which made it kind of noisy. Overall, we were very happy with the place and had a great time staying there!

Loved this place

This was a great stay. Once we entered we were greeted with treats and snacks (which the kids loved). We entered into the living area which was very clean and lead into the kitchen. It was very spacious. There is an area through the kitchen that is screened in where you can sit and just enjoy the sun. Upstairs were two rooms neatly made with a conjoining bathroom. The beds are so comfy. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue I had was how to work the washing machine ( it was a newer one), but I was able to get a hold of the owner and he called me to help me out. It was nice to be able to receive help in no time. The added pleasure was the train that comes through. Our baby loved it and at night it was like his personal sound machine (slept right through it). Overall they stay was great. We were close to areas to shop, play, and visit the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
