We had a group of 5 family members arriving from 3 different directions. Driveway and street parking accommodated our needs. The living area was clean and open. The bedrooms and extra twin mattress were perfect for our group.

My husband, myself and our 2 daughters stayed in this beautiful home for my son & new daughter in law's wedding open house. Our weekend was really busy and my only regret is not being able to stay longer and enjoy the outdoor patio more fully, though I did capture a beautiful sunset. We loved the record player and enjoyed the assortment of records and there was a great assortment of games that we hope to enjoy next time.

We had a great stay. I know some others have complained about street noise, but we didn’t notice it at all. We even ate out on the patio and didn’t notice it. Being so close to Tuacahn, and all the hiking we could muster was the best. We hardly drove anywhere over 10 minutes. A great location, a great property, and the best Property Manager. We had a few questions and they seriously got back to us in under two minutes each time. Anytime we are back down in Santa Clara, we’ll definitely be staying here!! Thanks for making our stay so much more enjoyable!!

The Property Manager (Brent) was both proactive and quick to respond to any questions or requests to help make our stay even more enjoyable. The townhouse is clean and well equipped, with lots of extras, including a view and nearby amenities. We enjoyed our stay in the winter as much as the summer thanks to being in a great location near Zion, Bryce Canyon and Snow Canyon with plenty of room to spend time with family.

The townhouse is in a subdivision still under construction. We stayed over the weekend and didn't hear any noise from construction or neighbors, but there was a lot of road noise. St. George has a lot of loud trucks and cars, and they prevented us from sleeping in. I saw where the rental was located, so I should have expected the noise. I appreciate durability when I rent. There were plastic plates and plastic cups, which I appreciate having for both younger children and teenagers :) The furniture still looks new to me right now, but I worry that it might not wear well over time.

From the location, to the cleanliness, spaciousness and kindness of the owner — this place is a MUST STAY in St. George. We took evening walks, road our bikes directly to trails from the townhouse, and could even walk to lunch (go check out Mixed Greens!). I’d come back here again and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
