I didnt stay there.

As soon as I made the booking, they contacted me via whatsapp and asked me to deposit atleast half of the payment in their bank account, which I found highly unethical. I told them I will make full payment upon arrival. But they refused and told me they can not confirm my booking if I dont transfer them the payment. I was highly disappointed so I asked them to immediately cancel the booking. I booked a different hotel after I informed them to cancel.

Highly recommended, worth every penny, nicely decorated, super clean, and beautiful views

Everything was exactly how it shown in the pictures and videos, in fact even better. The staff was very friendly and always available. Mall road was very accessible so we never had any issues with the food or anything else. The place itself was super clean and very very well furnished

I would give almost 10/10 to everything. The last road leading to the destination was a little bumpy, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Poor management and far from the main market. Very steep. Very expensive

Property has not mentioned that it’s far down on steep. Not a good access by walk. Care taker asked for 350 rupees to provide any shopping

Stray dogs everywhere near the property. I have attached pictures. Very scary.

I am in love with ortus

wow..wonderful maintenance.superb cleaning.rooms including bedsheets were super clean.fragrance in the apartment was majestic.each and every thing were selected and applied perfectly in the apartment.fully air conditioned.coffee.tea bags.sugar.cooking oil salt were there in the kitchen cabin.

Kitchen utensils like frypan.sauce pan.plates.glasses .spoons need to br increased.

Property is spacious and clean.

It’s location is not suitable, it’s too fat away from Center. The road to Center is not so good. As such there was no view from the apartment.

Amazing place to relax, highly recommend for peace lovers.

I stayed here with my family and I must admit that this is one of the best places in Murree if one is looking for some real peace time. It was easy to get to the location as their staff was excellent at guiding us over the phone. They had inverter heating system in every room which came to me as a surprise. They have a small tucshop at doorstep and rider is available to get you food or anything from anywhere which was a blessing as I could not afford to go out with my toddlers in cold. We enjoyed watching netflix at night and having BBQ in the balcony. All in all our experience was amazing and I would highly recommend.

My next go to place in Murree.

The place is sparking clean. Amenities are excellent specially the high speed internet, netflix and inverter heating systems. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed the outdoor BBQ setup. The place is nearby the touristy places but yet away from the hustle bustle of mall road. They have a rider on spot to get us whatever we needed hence, we never had to worry which restaurants deliver or not.

Exceptional

I stayed here with friends and I must admit the place is squeaky clean, the location is great and it's way more spacious then I assumed. The Executive apartment has an amazing vibe, it's definitely well designed and has an amazing view over the valley. I really enjoyed coffee at sunset in the balcony where I could clearly see the sun setting in the mountains. I would highly recommend for peace lovers who want to stay in close proximity but still a bit far from the hustle of Mall road.

It’s a decent place for a stay for your family. The staff is very cooperative and the view is also beautiful.

The view from the property is breath taking and the service of the staff was great.

There was a problem for the reserve power battery on the first night but the issue was solved on second day.
