A MUST visit Resort!

If a person craves for a peaceful and comfortable environment in this era of hustle & bustle then this place definitely serves the purpose. Really liked the location, ambience, food and courteous staff; providing every facility.

Far below expectation, totally bad experience

The only thing that made me excited to visit this hotel was the online booking staff who communicated on phone and told about the hotel but found the other way.

A lot of things need improvement i.e. 1. No Boards available on the road 2. Check inn – reception was closed. 3. Soaps / Comb / Towels etc. were not as per status and charges. 4. Spider and other flies found in the room. 5. Menu was not available – Handwritten paper was shown, and kitchen was closed 6. Items – Too Expensive 7. Wi fi Speed Very slow 8. Electricity fluctuation and low voltage 9. TV / Cable not working,

A memorable stay with my family and value of money.

Spacious room with aesthetically pleasing landscape. Food choices were minimal due to off-season but food served was great. The staff was really hospitable and didn't charge us extra for early check-in. Amenities like toiletries, Wi-fi, cozy room, hot water and clean bedding in a reasonable amount made our stay a luxurious one. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Best place for Honeymoon and Family stay

Had the greatest time there. The place was clean, spacious and the service was impeccable. Room heating was great and the wi-fi speed was also great. Great experience overall and would love to be here again.

Exceptional

Stayed at this amazing resort for a day. Tidy room, amazing staff and wonderful location. Along with providing delightful mountain views, this resort also has beautiful yard with fruitful trees. One of the best experience to spend a quality time with family.

Wash room facilities were good, unexpectedly the hot water.

Looking at the area of vicinity it requires massive renovation of modern times. The interior decoration is over done which defeats the very concept of elegance.

Brilliant stay

Had a brilliant stay ay European complex. The management went out of their way to make my stay perfect. A highly recommended place with beautiful views and walks and will definiteley come back again.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Better staff training would make it perfect.

Interior was awesome . Kids really enjoyed the swings and fountains in the garden area. Garden was beautiful and full of flowers. It was a very pleasant view. It was located next to Hotel One.

Cleanliness of washrooms was an issue but the staff cleaned it after asking . Food provided by the staff was really low quality and also the utensils were not properly cleaned. They served rotten bread in breakfast.

Amazing experience

The hospitality was amazing, the owner Mr.Ameer was very courteous, gracious and welcoming. He treated us like his own children and we felt secure and at home. The place was very homely, and loved the ambiance. The service and the staff was very respectful and courteous. The views were heavenly from the room. And the sunset was surreal

My stay was not as i expected. Not good value for value

Breakfast was ok.

Tv wasn’t working, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, No hot water in bathroom. This guest house is run very unprofessionally

It was a good stay and value for money. Staff is very cooperative.

room and its amenities. rooms were cleaned, comfortable and big in size.

It does not have internal food menu facility. If you need to eat something you need either to order to a nearby food club (which has limited menu) or go to the restaurants. it will be great if they provide inhouse food facility.

Excellent service with a friendly staff at European Complex. The views were amazing, had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and ambiance were also up to my expectations. Overall, a great experience!
