Loved our stay! The pool was nice, the staff were great (especially the two men who were in charge of breakfast!) and our room was clean and perfect for our family of 4

Stay went well. We had some issues with outlets not working and my husband couldn't plug in his cpap to sleep at night. Maintenance came up, did some trouble shooting and was able to bring an extension cord to us to plug in. I suggested that they check all the outlets on the bedside tables for future stays, we cant be the only ones who need power bedside.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice.

We were impressed. Everything was clean, and there was no noise, even from the road. We did not have a maid come, and we asked for one. So the two wastebaskets and a desk held a lot of trash. We would have liked a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. We are diabetic and carry insulin, so we need our ice packs when we go out. The breakfast was great.

The welcome was wonderful and the room was great. The maid knocked insistently at 8:15 to ask if we had checked out yet. I guess it was a good thing she woke us up because the breakfast ended at 9am. I got a coffee first and when I went back the oatmeal was gone. I grabbed something quick because they seemed in a hurry to pull all the food in. Nice staff they were always busy. But after a great check in seemed in a hurry for us to get out.

Check-in was smooth, staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower in the room didn’t stay hot very long and the tub didn’t drain well.

I was on the ground level, had Hotel entrance lights and decorative lights shinimg in the windiw and patio door at night, it looked as if it was daylight during the night.
Apparently there was a highschool basketball tournament in town and they were right above my room. They were EXTREMELY loud. First night i called the front desk at 11:30pm and asked if they could have them quiet down which they did for about 15 minutes. Second night i didnt call, they were very loud until about 1:00am.
I understand they are teenagers, hyped up etc...front desk seemed annoyed when i called. Not a very restful stay to say the least. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, cold things warm and hot things cold ie: milk was room temp for cereal and powdered eggs and potatoes were cold.

We stayed for one night on our drive to seattle. Hotel was great. Rooms where also large. However, the shower/toilet bathroom cambo was super small! Beds where kinda hard too. Breakfast was great!

Hotel was great. Check in was horrible. Stay was booked 2 weeks in advance for a King room. At check in was advised no king rooms were available.

Was very glad for the walk in shower. It would have been nice if the room had lotion in it. It was nice to have had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. Not sure of the brand, but all three were very nice.

Have stayed here 3-4-5x/year for 25 years. Enjoy the location and proximity to the green belt and warm springs amenities
