The Sheraton was a very pleasant experience. It was very clean, comfortable, modern, easy to walk out the door and walk a very short distance to check in at the airline. Such a positive experience.

Our bathroom was gross, there was hair on the floor, toilet and the showerhead was leaking and spraying the ceiling. The ceiling was all peeling. The vent in the ceiling had mold in it. Very disappointing.

This is a very clean, quiet, and convenient location. The staff I did encounter was very polite. Even though it is in the airport, the traffic wasn't so bad and was easy to find. Will stay here again

Okay place before taking flight. Was clean, but the bathroom layout was cramped, the ice maker on our floor was broken, and only some rooms have refrigerators -- ours did not have one and we could have used one. Shower head was leaking to the shower ceiling where it was obvious they kept patching the ceiling instead of fixing the shower.

I think the staff was great. The receptionist at check-in was SUPER friendly, gave helpful tips on checkout and for departure. The hotel though was very poor quality in relative to hotels in the surrounding area. The elevators sounds like they could give out at any moment, the rooms have a horrible humming noise when the room above uses the shower or bathroom. Parking is not even in the coveted lot bellow the garage. The only real convenience of this hotel is the fact that it is inside of the terminal building directly in front of security.

Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located at HSV. Check in was easy and the room was quite nice. The Grille on the lobby level was also very good. Great place to stay in Huntsville.

The room wasn't ready at check-in, the Staff was rude, and unexpected charges. I paid for my room in advance and I had to pay an additional 104.62 to check in.

Just what I needed! I have zero complaints about the property. The staff (Front Desk) we’re all professional, informative, and friendly! Excellent! I loved how quiet the property and the room were….great night sleep. Restaurant service was friendly and my breakfast omelet was tasty. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s an airport location so it is what it is….

Decided to stay at the airport the night before a 7 AM flight. So glad I did! Very convenient to already be here for a very early check in tomorrow morning. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the accommodations are wonderful.
