Hotel lobby and pool were very clean. I loved the ease of access to the beach. And the breakfast was good. The room was a bit smaller than it looked online. A little hard to share with 3 people or more but would work for 2. The room was clean, however there was significant damage in the bathroom. The trim around the shower was coming off, you could tell where they had tried to repair it with layers of caulk, but it was still coming off. The towel rack above the toilet was also uneven with a loose screw. There were multiple cracks in the ceiling paint over the entire room. Overall it was good for a short stay, we were only here for 3 days.

The staff was wonderful. Beach access was great! The breakfast was amazing. They had a staff member that made customized omelets for the guest. The man at the front desk during Check-in heard the kids talking about the snowball maker and wanting one. He was attentive and made the kids snowballs! We will revisit!

Great location but my room had a smell to it and my shower was not that clean. I had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies and clean my shower. My bed was not that comfortable either as was squeaky every time I sat down to go to sleep so didn't sleep well either.

Room and bathroom was a bit small. Felt sort of cramped. Staff was excellent. Easy to find parking spaces which was great. Easy access to beach. Free breakfast was outstanding! Would stay again for sure

Hotel was very nice for a sleep inn. Clean rooms and a break breakfast that included made to order omelets. They came a cleaned each day. Only complaint was the noise. We could hear our neighbors and doors slamming. Also mattress seemed old and was very squeaky. We had a side room but still could view the beach.

This could have been a really great review if not for a couple of things. First, the trim was peeling off the wall in the bathroom and there were water stains and peeling paint on the ceiling. And for the location and the type of room we had, I would have liked to have had another chair to sit in. We had a Gulf View room that was great, but we had crappy weather and spent more time in our room. You were either in an office chair or on the bed. Just not comfortable. The breakfasts were great though. I would ask that the omelet maker not be using her phone or listening/singing to the music in her earbud. Pay attention to your guests. I feel like I am a bore and not important enough for your attention. But she made great omelets!

Great location, staff friendly. However, they need to do some maintenance and updates to justify the price of rooms. I left a list of issues with the front desk upon checking out of our room. Bed mattress needed to be replaced as it was breaking down and woke up with back issues. I almost fell after trying to sit in a broken balcony chair. Etc.

I’ve had this trip planned for several months and when I made the reservation I accidentally didn’t make the reservation for an ocean view. I cancelled the original stay and rebooked. When I called the hotel about this error I made the service was mediocre and seemed to not be very helpful. Once I arrived on Sunday with my family there was a miscommunication about the amount paid up front by my family (another stay) the gentleman was extremely unhelpful. Very matter of fact. No compassion or anything. This had my mom paying several $100 that she didn’t have outside of our stay because this was a trip her mother bought her for Christmas. Once I was booked in I went to my room with my son and we saw lots of construction on the beach. Heavy machinery and our beach access was closed. This was closed for an entire day and half of our stay. Not to mention the construction went 24 hours a day and there wasn’t any rest to be had on the first two days of our trip. Why wasn’t this mentioned at check in? Why wasn’t this mentioned at time of reservation? I called down to the first desk and asked how long it was going to happen. He told me they had no idea a full construction project would be on the beach during our stay. I find this very hard to believe. I’m not sure I will return to this hotel. Lack of compassion and communication.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. We went there for my Birthday trip and we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and nice. And the continental breakfast was delicious. The lady cooking the fresh omelette was so amazing I will definitely be back.

Service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy. The room was perfect! The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve had in our entire trip and we’ve travelled 2500 miles so far. We will stay again on our next adventure!

I gave it a 5 star rating because the property was great and the staff had great customer service. That is with the exception of the lady making omelettes in the breakfast area. She was rude to most of the people who came in. I wouldn't get her to make me one because I didn't want to deal with her.

My experience was amazing, the front desk gentleman Trey went above and beyond to make my stay awesome, the cleanliness is thorough and detailed, there is a breakfast every morning with many options and complimentary coffee and hot beverages throughout the day and night, there is also a direct pathway to the beach, I had an amazing experience for my birthday vacation and had great time, thank you for having me!

This is my favorite hotel to stay in in Orange Beach. The price is reasonable. The hotel is older, but clean and well-kept right on the beach and across the street from grocery stores. When I was there they had a lady that was making omelettes for you for breakfast, I always stay here when I come to Orange Beach. Customer service is great. Everybody was friendly.

When we turned on the light of our 1st room, 3 bugs scurried across the floor. They gave us a different room with 2 queens when we reserved a king. My hubby got bit on both arms in that room by something. The staff was not friendly & when we told the clerk about the bugs he acted like we were overreacting. 3 stars bc the rooms were nice.

Rooms and beds are too small!.... After checking in i need to get another room beside my room! ...which cost me extra...! On my three day trip this is the worst day I m very much disappointed with expedia! I never expected this.... This is my last time to use expedia!...

We loved staying at the Sleep Inn. Great room, right on the beach. Great balcony view. Clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner works very well. Breakfast was great. The lady making the omelettes was very skilled, we had one every morning- delicious. Will stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.
