If you check in before 4pm they charge you an early check-in fee without notifying you!

I went to the casino around 11pm . At the time we waited for over 30 to 45 minutes for a waitress to be seen on the floor. We attempted to stop her and she deliberately ignored me and kept walking. She eventually came from the back and I asked her why did she ignore me and she stated that the other waitress gets upset when she sees her talking to people in her section, because she feels like she is stealing her tips! I told Ms Michelle that was very unprofessional for her to deliberately ignore me. She could have easily stated that I will get someone to help u! She didn’t! We spoke to Ms sharon who was a supervisor and was very friendly! I felt discriminated and will never ever go back to harahs casino! Another problem I had was that the first room smelt like someone had poured 2 gallons of concentrated bleach everywhere! What scent were they attempting to cover up! The second room refrigerator was broke ! The food I put in it went bad! I must say the front desk people were kind and friendly.

We decided not to stay. Entrance to the lobby is through a flthy, dingy, parking garage. No bellmen on staff to assist with luggage after 9:00 p.m. No luggage carts are allowed to be used by anyone other than staff. Too far of a distance for a disabled person to drag luggage from a garage parking space to a room. Front desk said we should leave luggage in car. 3 police cars at the lobby entrance in the garage. We felt unsafe, disrespected, and left. We lost our money by booking through a 3rd party. The facility was not described accurately. Restaurants around front desk looked old and dingy. It was a disappointment having to find another room at 10:00 pm with luggage racks.

Long trip to visit family and the room was clean, comfortable, and safe!

I was very disappointed. For $200 plus a night, there was no valet, or business center, and they charged $10 a night for a microwave. I will not be staying here again.

Super dentist appointment with this day. I've stayed here previously in the and every single time. It was great. This time service was lacking.
I call the hotel to tell him I was checking in late. After midnight arrival. Which means I was dead tired when I arrived from my drive from Texas.
They gave me a room. I wanted to take a bath before I went to bed. Tell me why. It looks like there was pubic hair in my bathtub.
I rented it off. Called the front desk to notify them that whoever cleaned my room did not do a good job as it was just pubic looking hair in my bathtub
She asked if I wanted to send someone upstairs. I told her I had already clean it, but I'm just letting them know because they need to talk to the housekeeper
I have a king size bed and only slept on one side of my bed at the edge. When I woke up push the cover over. Please tell me why that was hair in my bed on the other side. Smh

The stay was nice but the room could’ve been much cleaner. The floor was sticky from possible dirty mop water and there was trash under the furniture. There was dust all over the floor as well along with all over the furniture. For nearly $500 the room cleanliness was unsatisfactory.

The room was filthy we asked front desk to please have someone change our sheets out at 7:30ish when we chrck in yesterday and they told us they would but nobody ever came because we came back to the room at around 3am and shests were still pulled off laying there. There was also excessive amounts of dust built up on all light fixtures and the top of the headboard and floors were slimy and didnt smell good like they were mopped with dirty water.

The staff was extremely friendly. We stopped to rest on our drive from Daytona to San Antonio and we were very happy with our last minute choice. Due to our great experience we will plan to go back to visit for a longer period of time.

They stay itself was as expected as we just needed a room to stay for the night. What was frustrating is that hotels.com advertised one price, only to find out that there was an additional fee making our price higher than advertised. What made it more frustrating was that once we got our itinerary from hotels.com, it said check in was from 11am to 4 pm. Was not told that if we checked in prior to 4pm that there would be additional fee. Small things but in the end, we prob would have stayed somewhere else and change arrival time to the area if this was stated

The lady that checked us in was quite rude. There’s no water pressure in the sink or the toilet.

The person who took care of Me for a few weeks at the front desk was David and H is the BEST.

The location is convenient to the other attractions in the area. There are only section of elevators for a 12 floor hotel which makes getting to rooms backed up. The rooms also do not have a microwave. Our sheets had holes in them the first night and towels were not refreshed daily without having to first call.

The hotel was clean and that was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, my wife agreed with it too! Only negative I can think of is that the casino has some of the tightest slots I've ever played.

I felt that the room was to expensive for whst i got. Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub say they are heated but we could not use tgrm they were too cold. Not alot of food choices either.

We stayed here while in town for a concert. Our king bed room and bathroom were clean, however, both are in need of an update. Carpet was stained in hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Refrigerator in room was handy. All in all this hotel felt tired and basic.

Harrah’s resort was extremely outdated and overpriced. They serviced my room only ONCE for an entire week. I chose to checkout early and find another hotel room. They would not give me a refund for the remaining 4 days on my trip and I gladly ate the cost and switch to a marriot.

Definitely gone downhill! Decor hasn’t changed in 10 years. Very run down. Staff pleasant at checkin. Booked a non-smoking room but none available. Like sleeping in an ashtray. The smell was overwhelming. Bed was comfortable and linens clean.
Disappointing we paid extra for the casino experience. Will not chose again for our frequent Biloxi visits. Overall a disappointing visit.

Everything was great except for a couple of things.
The front desks basically refuses to talk to you or help you with anything unless you are standing in front of them. They will either put you on indefinite hold or transfer you offsite.
Secondly, the room was great except for the bath towels were all damp.

Hotel will not provide luggage carts to any guest without concierge escorting. We were traveling with a toddler and infant and we were on the 8th floor. Just seems a bit ridiculous and honestly I would not recommend to anyone. Seems the only care the hotel is interested in is gambling.
Front desk said she has tried for a while to get help with the concierge situation but management will not get involved and just doesn’t care.
This was our first visit and our last.

Property is a little tired, hallways smell musty
Kind of dirty overall,
Room was clean though
Asked for a microwave as evidently not provided anymore
Was told “upon request”but was told at check in was an additional $10 charge that was not disclosed when I made the reservation
Unhappy about that

I was disappointed in the condition of the property. We have stayed in other Caesar's properties and have been very well kept. This facility is very aged. Housekeeping never came to our room. We had to exchange towels everyday.

One of the rooms had a terrible toilet issue when we arrived. We promptly notified management. They sent someone to change the flapper, which was useless since it was a drainage issue. Issue persisted. After no less than 3 maintenance visits (where they would not leave the plunger for us to use) throughout the day, we requested another room and was told no because we booked through Orbitz (after also being told that none of the rooms would count on our Ceaser points cards). The issue persisted throughout the entire stay with urine and feces backing up into the toilet, upon complaining again, the host reluctantly removed the "resort fee" and said that was the extent of what could be done.

Carpet in the room was tattered. Room was clean, but a/c did not work well. Thermostat had motion sensor on it so if you like it cool, you will be miserable. I spoke to another guest in the hallway and they had the same problem with the a/c. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care when I told them the air wasn’t working.
